Food tasted a bit old, and waited a long time for my two cantina chicken quesadilla meals. The people seemed lazy, one of the drive thru girls were sitting on the floor. Then when i finally got my food, I asked one of the women for a drink tray, but she ignored me, walked away before she came back three minutes later to ask me ‘You got your drinks. What’re you waiting for?’ And gave me a nasty attitude. Overall, it is a well designed restaurant, but the employees need to work on their attitudes.

Never gave me any sauce last 3 times and it’s clear as day on the order. My bag delivered says 10 sauce packets and there’s 0 once again. I’m getting really frustrated with them now

So we gave this particular Taco Bell 5 chances before resorting to leaving a bad review. Tonight’s experience: they packed both Mexican pizzas underneath 10 other food items. By the time we got home 5 mins later, the top of the pizza boxes were crushed and the pizzas ruined. As a vegetarian, I love Taco Bell because you can easily sub out the beef for beans – well this is only a positive IF the staff actually bothers to read the order. My soft taco had beef. This has happened in the past also. We’ve also had issue in the past where they’ve put 2-3 times the amount of beans that should be included. There’s no consistency. Luckily we have 2 other Taco Bell’s within a 7 mile radius that do actually pay attention to the order and so we’ll be patronizing them!

My Taco Bell experience was a bit disappointing. While the food was decent, the wait time was excessive. We ended up waiting far longer than expected, which definitely impacted our overall enjoyment. It’s unfortunate because the flavors were there, but the lengthy wait took away from the experience. Hopefully, they can work on their service speed to make the dining experience more enjoyable for everyone.

This Taco Bell is very well laid out with ordering kiosks and tables. The prices have definitely gone up. Food quality was what you would expect. I ordered via mobile. The order was ready quickly and there were no mistakes except for missing one of the sauces I asked for.

Sign says breakfasts but they don’t open until 10:00am and have zero breakfast items on their menu. False advertising they need to fix ASAP. Food was fine, but I had to go back to the counter because they forgot some of my food

The attitude from the woman running the drive through was very off putting for absolutely no reason. When she messed up the order and we asked for the items she forgot, she had the nerve to roll her eyes at us and not even offer an apology, handing us the food as if we were an inconvenience to her. I understand mistakes happen, but we were the only ones there and only ordered three items…an apology or any ounce of remorse could have been offered.

This Taco Bell is always welcoming. The customer service is top-notch. You can immediately tell they make an effort to satisfy their customers. Whoever the manager is should keep up the good work.
