Everything was amazing and I sincerely thank the kitchen for trusting us on the heat levels. I strongly suggest adding a small amount of cilantro and shredded ginger to each bite of the egg rolls before dipping in the sweet chili oil. It was a great starter for the symphony to follow.
Each bite of the Sriracha Noodles brought more and more complexity as I ate my way around the plate creating new combinations of the perfectly cooked ingredients before me. The cabbage cashew provided a nice semi-neutral palette cleanse between each new foray into the bowl of noodles.
A sample of my wife’s Black Pepper Chicken and Potato Fingerlings let me know that she would be just as happy with her selections as I was with mine. She confirmed as much without speaking a word.
The Coconut Ice Cream was the perfect bookend to a wonderful dining experience.
We live on the southern border of Colorado and don’t get to Denver often, but the folks at Aloy will now when we’re here because we intend to visit them every time we are in town.
Don’t sleep on Aloy.
However as soon as the Panang Curry arrived, we knew something was fishy… it was the abundance of fish sauce in it. The server acknowledged this and substituted it for the Yellow Curry instead which is not usually our go-to but this place makes a really good version of it and they can spice it up real good as well. The rest of the food was amazing as well!! Photos are from first visit only
Second time we went for dinner and while the food tasted consistently good, the service was mediocre. Also the Yellow Curry this time was more potatoes than actual curry and when we mentioned it to them, they didn’t bother to make it right.
We might still go again for lunch and hope to have a better experience than the dinner server team. The food is actually really good compared to other Thai spots around.
Everything we tried was spot-on — the potstickers were crispy perfection, the Tom Ka was silky and bursting with flavor, and the beef noodle soup had a rich, soulful broth that hit all the right notes. We finished with mango sticky rice that tasted like pure sunshine.
Our server Gloria was amazing — friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Fun vibes, flawless food, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back!
I would recommend the House Made Tonic for anyone wanting something refreshing!
Khao soi 3/10: broth is supposed to be little thick by experience but their broth was very watery, light which is not typical khao soi if you have tried many. Flavor was okay as it was a bit weak. The chicken was not pulled apart so for the presentation a pre cooked bone-in with skin thigh was in khao soi thus some work had to be done by the customer which doesn’t help if you are trying to eat premade easy food at a and not participate in the assembly of it.
Panang curry 4/10: the smokiness of the bell peppers gave it one point, however adding frozen green beans is very lazy for a high priced restaurant, sauce was okay, needs more curry because it’s panang curry .
Price 2/10: too expensive for the quality of the cooking and the food itself.
Decoration 6.5/10: it’s cute if you’re in for socials.
Service 7/10: the person who served us was nice.
Thanks for reading have a good day.
