We were in town to visit a customer and stopped by Scorchers for lunch. This bar food restaurant has an outdoor volleyball court! The wings were good the chilly hot dog was okay. Service was poor as our server never check up on us after our food was delivered. We needed refills and she vanished!

It’s really close to my house. It’s a large establishment. They have a two bar service and they serve the best food. Their wings are probably the best in Cleveland! They have great cocktails worthy of their cocktail hour specials pretty good drinks people just saying really nice staff the people there were very friendly. It was very clean there Place to kick back relax and watch a basketball game that kind of thing it gets pretty busy there the parking to me is limited so get there early enough to get a good spot at the bar where you have a good parking space it gets busy there and I’m talking about the early afternoon. It was busy by 3 PM.

I’m done! We ask very nicely that they don’t overcook our EXPENSIVE wings….. and once again they’re so dry it’s like eating tree bark! How are wings with sauce DRY? Don’t feel bad Scorchers it’s not just you! It was a toss up deciding which place to waste our hard earned money. Most of these places serve overcooked dry wings! I’m now googling how to moisten them! Doesn’t matter what flavor you get… their wings are horrible! Also the expensive loaded fries were oily and so soggy they’re just a mess as well! Thanks for ruining dinner tonight!

Scorchers is always consistent. It’s a great place to watch the game and have wings. The wings are always crispy and well seasoned. Today I had the smokehouse dry rub and they were very well seasoned. I also love the sweet and tangy sauce. The onion rings are always really great and the ranch dressing here is better than so many other places.

If you are not interested in drinking in the middle of the day, the staff will not wait on you. Myself and 2 other people stopped in for what we thought would be a quick lunch and absolutely not. The employee took 15 minutes coming over to us and this was after he walked by us 3 times. He then took our drink order and then since it took so long for him to come over initially we added in our food order as well. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE SAW HIM UNTIL WE HAD TO TRACK HIM DOWN AND GET THE CHECK FROM HIM. The food came eventually and we had to ask for to go boxes because our quick lunch was horribly late. The patrons at the bar were being given customer service and the staff was constantly checking on them. Meanwhile we were sitting while they never came back. FRY YOUR OWN CHICKEN, MAKE YOUR OWN HAMBURGER, WRAP YOUR OWN LUNCH MEAT. I GUARANTEE THINGS WILL BE BETTER AT YOUR HOME THAN THE WAY WE WERE TREATED AT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. HOW CAN YOU NEGLECT THE ONLY DINE IN PATRONS WITH A RESTAURANT FULL OF STAFF, JUST HORRIBLE. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO WINGS ON BROADWAY WHERE THE WINGS AND THE ATMOSPHERE ARE SO MUCH BETTER

Never ever again will I go here. The place was trashy, tables nasty, the staff got sassy. The drinks were awful especially those watered down beverages that they claim is bar.
