I really have nothing good to say about this location or the location on Wears Valley. I mean every time you go to either one of these locations be prepared to comfort the manger several times in pursuit to have your food made properly or to claim the other items that they swear they gave you but they did not. Oh and don’t get upset because that southern hospitality disappears faster than the items they forgot to put in your order you know the ones you paid for. Oh and don’t ask for a manager cause every manager is a GM that knows better than the customer and is openly ok with theft (taking your money for nothing).best to just drive back to downtown Sevierville. Oh and if you do decide to try the Wears Valley location wear a nose plug and take plenty of hand sanitizer.

We just went through the drive-thru, and Scott took our order. He had such a great personality! It was a great change from most drive-thru experiences at other places and even other Taco Bells where the employee sounds like they hate their job and life. After a long day out doing things, he was a great experience to have before we went back to our hotel for the night. 10/10, come to this location and try to have Scott take your order.

TERRIBLE. ordered nacho fries and were served cold with less than 1/4 cup of cheese. the chicken quesadilla had way way too much sauce and wasn’t even cut. the cantina stacker i ordered and payed to substitute steak was given to me with chicken. i will make the trip to sevierville going forward. just pure laziness

I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito with guacamole and found there was none on it after they told me there was none left they gave me a sad excuse of a 1.15 guacamole cup but it was packed so I understand to a degree

DO NOT EAT HERE. This is the nastiest thing I have ever seen be served to someone. The fact that an employee put these bricks in a box and thought it would be okay for consumption blows my mind.

This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. The restaurant was extremely dirty — trash was overflowing, tables were filthy, and nothing looked like it had been cleaned in a long time. Employees did not clean the dining area or take out the trash, even though the mess was obvious.
On top of that, basic items were not restocked, which made the experience even more frustrating. A restaurant should at least meet basic cleanliness standards, and this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

No one up front to help you or take a order. You have to use a machine while they all stand in back and look at you and talk. Could not get a soft taco in the combo because machine didnt give that option. NO HELP

We ate here twice while on a week vacation.
Employee was friendly.
Orders were accurate.
Restaurant was clean.
No complaints! Will return again next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

This was the worst service I have ever had. They had us waiting in line for a long time. There was a boy doing order who was very slow. He looked like he was ready to fall asleep . No ambition at all. After waiting for a long time in line a ride girl told us that she couldn’t take our order and that we had to do it on machine. We just walked out. Others also. These taco bell employees need some lessons on proper management! Can’t believe this taco bell stays open.
