staff is really attentive and efficient. restaurant is spacious with lots of seating. the burgers and bottomless non-alc drinks and sides are all amazing, but i particularly enjoy the garlic aioli sauce and the banzai burger. should work on the interior decor, ambience lighting to create a cozier space, but apart from that my experience, having been many times, is great

First of all the place since you get in is dirty.
Second the hosts is not that great at using her common sense.
After that we seat at the table and we find the screen to order and check in extremely dirty too.
The waitress moody and lazy.

Absolutely frustrating we waited approximately 20 minutes and no one came to us and we were frustrated with the service not helping and in fact trying avoid us. Both me and my partner have never dealt with being avoided and just trying to order some food and drinks.

We ordered for pick up 20 minutes before closing time, and EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! We had the BBQ Cheeseburger and Whiskey BBQ Burger, fries, root beer float, and fizzy pear soda. The burgers and fries were perfect!! The soda was delicious. The only thing that was less than great was the float. I definitely recommend getting burgers here!!! YUM-O!

I went here yesterday to watch the seahawks game with my son and had the best experience at this location. The food was so good I got the crispy chicken salad and my son got the chicken tenders which he loved. Our server Alicia was amazing and had the best customer service ever! She went above and beyond and we appreciate her so much. The other two ladies working there last night named Angelina and Mariah were also so nice. Thank you ladies!

I went to Red Robin in Renton specifically for my birthday burger. The server informed me that I needed to order at least $5 worth of food to qualify, so I ordered additional items to meet that requirement.
After finishing my meal, I checked my rewards and noticed my birthday burger wasn’t applied. The server checked on his end and couldn’t find it either, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager stated that their system showed I did not have a birthday reward and that there was nothing he could do.
I explained that I had specifically come in for my birthday burger and had ordered extra food to qualify for it. I asked if they could comp it since I had done everything required and it was literally my birthday that day. The manager refused and said there was nothing he could do.
What made this especially disappointing was that I was dining alone on my birthday and had come in for what was supposed to be a simple celebratory meal. Thankfully, three incredibly kind women sitting in a booth across from me offered to pay my bill, which I am extremely grateful for. Their kindness meant more than they know.
However, I was very disappointed that management was unwilling to make an exception or offer any solution in a situation that clearly involved a rewards system issue. A little flexibility and customer care would have gone a long way.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location

I didn’t expect a lot in this restaurant for the first time. As u know there r hundreds of Red Robbin’s in seattle.
But the food was soooo delicious with fresh !!!
Pizza…. Was so big and yummy.
Hamburger and salad also very fresh.
The most important thing that they have a BOTTOMLESS side dish refill.

Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews! Ordered their mozzarella twist and the Royal Red Burger. Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!!

We came here because we wanted a really good burger. We know that this is a place to go. There was no wait at the time that we went because it was still early enough before the dinner rush so we got seated right away. There weren’t a lot of people, so took her time and was very patient with us and didn’t rush us for orders, etc. however, the place continued to fill up. She totally forgot about us my burger. The blue cheeseburger was very delicious. Exactly what I wanted however my partners fish and fries the fish was soggy on the outside Was not crispy she only ate one piece of the three pieces and decided that she wanted to take it home because it wasn’t cooked enough and figured we could just throw it in the air fryer at home. The server asked if we wanted a box and we said yes we still had our drinks to finish and she took the food away to box it up about 30 or 40 minutes later she came and checked on us for the first time and we asked where was the food was, and she said she threw it away?? we told her that we wanted it in a box we had only eaten one piece. She said that she would go ahead and discount the ticket so we figured maybe she would just take off the entire meal seeing how we only ate one piece she came back about 30 minutes later. We never saw her in the section. We even asked someone else where our server went. Could we please get our check? Finally she came back and only took five dollars off a $13 meal horrible service. I will never go back to Red Robin even though my hamburger was very delicious exactly what I wanted exactly the price I wanted, but when service goes down the hill is when you know that the place is not good!

RR is just one of those places you know what to expect and are hoping to get your cravings met! My friend and I found ourselves in that situation the other week and with our busy schedules, Red Robin was the place we needed to be. We were seated at a table almost instantly and our waiter made sure we had what we needed.
I was recommended to try their lemonade which was Sunset one and my friend had the Freckled lemonade which totally made sense why people rave about them! I had a gluten free bun with my burger and it was prepared as I requested with more ample fries portion than I last recalled they would present them with in recent years.
After we had our meals, we were left to our own, which was good for us given our needs and the number of people dining at the time. As usual, there is a self serve to pay for the bill which made it more efficient for us to get back to our day.
This location is usually always good the random times I have come in; the staff is friendly, their ‘to go’ pickup is very quick as well. Red Robin doesn’t disappoint!
