The best bakery & brunch in all of Michigan. Vegetarian Friendly . As a chef it’s hard to find a place that wows me, but this has to be one of my favorite places to eat ever. French Toast Bread Pudding & Tomato Basil Quiche Plate are my go to’s. The only downside is the wait but it’s not their fault they are that amazing. I would love to see them expand even to Grand Rapids.

One of the worst kept secrets in Fenton is a little place called The Crust. It is both a restaurant and a bakery. If you are looking for a yummy experience, this is where you want to go.
We had breakfast here. It was fabulous. I had the eggs Benedict with fruit cup. It was delicious. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked and the ham was excellent. The presentation was nice and you could tell the food was prepared with care.
Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall her service was excellent!

Located in the heart of Fenton, it’s an excellent place to have a meal with friends or family.

I HIGHLY recommend. One of the best places in the area for a meal. The prices are very reasonable.

On the way out, don’t forget to pick up some baked goods. You won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cinnamon Roll French Toast is absolutely phenomenal!! It’s easily the best French Toast I’ve ever had. Crust is one of my favorite brunch places around.

Went to brunch today. Waitress was super friendly and attentive. Do call ahead seating! They are busy especially on Sunday around 11am. Worth the wait. Got coffees while we waited, great selection. Had the corned beef Benedict special and husband had the breakfast burrito. Both were fantastic. Got another coffee (bc they were incredible) and a strawberry Ruben donut to go. Lots of bread and pastries – even macaroons. All at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite spots in Fenton! Have been there to eat in the restaurant a few times. Love love the bakery! My go to is their Asiago bagels and scallion cream cheese! I’ve tried many pastries/ blanked goods from here and have always enjoyed them!

I have been a loyal customer of Crust since the first day it opened. I have stood in long lines for holiday pies & goodies. I have eaten in their restaurant many times. Things that I love here: lemon scones, chocolate chip scones, any of their cookies, English muffin bread, orange and & cranberry biscottis, vegetarian quiches, pecan pie, and their big pretzels.

So it pains me to have to give them a three-star rating, but I am very close to giving up totally on Crust. Their prices keep going up, even after they introduced the 3% credit card fee. And then they keep changing their baking schedule around for breads. I live 30 min away from Crust. I have wasted too many trips to find out the breads or scones I came for aren’t available.

After my last trip to Crust – when the staff informed me they changed their baking schedule (yet again!) and didn’t have what I came for on that day – I have decided I am going to give up on this place. If I’m in town, I may stop by. But no more special trips. I’m tired of being disappointed. I attached a photo of their new baking schedule so no one else wastes a trip to this place like me.

My wife and I had lunch there. The place is decent. Limited options in Fenton, hence would be plus plus. I love the fresh orange juice
The croissant are definitely authentic to thumbs up. The sandwiches were plain Jane- nothing special

This place was bomb.

Always want a good breakfast burrito and am disappointed more than not other places. But damn that was good here lol.

Cinnamon roll French toast was awesome.

Avocado toast VERY goat cheesy if you’re into that. Not my thing.

Coffee drinks good but definitely ask for half the syrup because they are SWEET other wise.
