Food was really good but the lasagna itself could’ve been better. Chicken skewers and honey pasta with goat cheese were great. Ribeye steak cooked just right. Server was nice but not very knowledgeable. (Had a question about some ingredients – I have some food allergies). Server came back after they were to ask the chef but never gave us a response to our question.

Carrabba’s in St Augustine is a great place to enjoy a very good meal. The food is consistently good and well prepared, with plenty of options on the menu. What really stands out at this location is the service, which was excellent, attentive, and friendly. The staff made the experience even better, turning a good meal into a great one. We had a large party of 25 we had just attended a funeral. We reserved the time with the restaurant ahead of time. When we arrived we still to wait 20 minutes to be seated because there was another party at the tables we reserved. The waiter didnt even know we had appetizers that went along with the food. They brought out 2 plates for each table. I asked my server Jordan is she could remove the plates used from the salads and appetizers because the plates were piled up on the table and they started to bring out the main dishes. She told me that a buss boy would be coming around to do that. Five minutes later she came back and started to remove the plates as she saw that no one could fit a plate on the table and that also gnats were flying out the dishes that was used. I ordered the salmon. It was extremely salty. When we told our waiter Jordan she went to her manager and said we’ll They wanted Mash potatoes with it. She said it as if that had anything with the salmon having a sauce on it that was extremely salty. The manager did come by and ask if I would like salmon without the sauce and I said yes and 6 minutes later it was at my table. Its looked raw I took one bite and was no seasoning at all on it. The service at this restaurant was not warming.

There were positives and negatives about our experience at Carrabas in St Augustine. When we arrived there were two people standing at the host stand and they didn’t welcome us in or say anything to us. The younger kid just stared at the menus he was holding and looked uncomfortable. The other lady didn’t say a word to us either. We asked if could get a table for two. He took us to a booth and we sat down. It was noon on a Sunday and I expected it to be crowded but there were only a handful of diners.
A server brought us some water and bread with dipping sauce (delicious) but the we sat there for awhile. Our server Jayson came to take our order and he was very friendly, polite and professional. He said it was his first day, but he seemed knowledgeable about all the dishes we asked about. I was impressed with him. However, my salad was brought out with the wrong dressing and it took awhile to get his attention. I don’t blame him for this because several tables had come in and he also had to make their bar drinks. He was working hard but needed more support. My water needed refilling but no one refilled it until I asked. The food came out and my chicken Marsala was great (except the sauce was lukewarm). My husband got the scallop and shrimp linguini with vodka sauce. Both dishes were very flavorful!
While we were eating a couple came in and then left abruptly due to the lack of service. Then the young male host sat a five top of large men at a booth that fit only four people and the group was very confused. Jayson came over to greet them and asked if they wanted to move to a bigger table.
Bottom line…the food is pretty on point at this restaurant but the service (besides Jayson) leaves a lot to be desired. Managers, you need to TRAIN your staff to be friendlier, more welcoming, more responsive and attentive to customers. (This is especially true for the youngest staff members.)

We got the new FILET & SHRIMP TOSCANA and it was absolutely fantastic!! Home run! Only recommendation would be if we get two meals it would be better if we got two small loafs of the bread . No complaints tho, it was really fire

Amanda was our server. She was kind, gracious, and professional. She explained the menu and was very helpful. She was also very pleasant. The person who brought our drinks and food, Myra, was friendly and had a beautiful smile. Over all we had a wonderful lunch with good hat food on a cold day and wonderful servers making it a worthwhile experience. Thank you Amanda and Myra, you guys were great.

We were seated in the bar area with our 11 yr old. It smelled like we were in a garbage dump literally. The food was subpar. The calamari wasn’t good. I had spaghetti w/meatballs I didn’t like it and left over half. My wife had the steak she said it was good. My 11 yr old had the chicken Alfredo he couldn’t eat it it was very dry almost no Alfredo. Spent over $100 and had to stop at McDonald’s. We have never eaten at a Carrabba’s and wanted to try something we can’t get at homes. Mistake I wanted it to be good by sadly the food and the smell was terrible.

Everything was wonderful! Kaitlin was our server. She was very attentive. She went above and beyond to make our anniversary experience memorable. She was awesome! The food was delicious and the wine choices were great! Highly recommend.
