10/10 would NOT Recommend!!!

These pictures are from 1pm, please keep in mind the restaurant opens at 11am. There was also hair found inside the ranch dressing container. All other items were either empty or low. I asked if they could replace the items and was told yes. The salad bar lady would come “check to see what needed to be filled”. She brought out fresh romaine and dumbed it on top of the old wilted lettuce, then picked up the dropped lettuce with the tongs. She didn’t even remove the lettuce shown or fill it. She added a few items like carrots and cucumbers on top of the old food. This picture was taken after being there 45 minutes. When another patron told staff about the hair, he stated the guy just walked by it and said ok. My waitress was awesome (the only reason for the 2 stars) she actually had it replaced. There is no reason food should look like this when the restaurant has been open less than 3 hours. In the time there I did see a manager come out, so it made it clear that they are aware just do not care.

We also ordered burgers & a chicken sandwich. Had to ask for mayo on the side. It came in a small container with the top already hardening due to sitting out too long. Crispy chicken was CRISPY, the ends had to be broken off to eat it. Impossible burger was actually done right, no complaints there. For the cost of this place, things really need to change.

A little while ago I got a carry-out order. 6 oz steak, half rack of ribs, mashed potatoes, and cajun chicken pasta. The ribs and pasta were just fine but the steak and mashed potatoes were the problem. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out clearly medium well. In person it was a lot darker than what it looks like in the picture by the way. As for the mashed potatoes, these were clearly leftover mashed potatoes that were reheated in the microwave. They were not fresh at all and tasted absolutely disgusting. The steak was thoroughly unenjoyable and I couldn’t stomach the rest of the mashed potatoes, had to give them to my dog. This was totally unacceptable and I feel like needs to be made right, if it is I will gladly change my rating and give this place more stars.

Do not waste your time. Ruby Tuesday use to be a higher end sit down restaurant that one could grab a quality bite within under half hour. Now I understand why many have closed near New Orleans. It took 10 minutes just to get on a waiting list with hostess. The quated 5 min wait turned out to be more 25 min. It took 15 minutes to fill and bring drinks ordered. We were told no utensils as they only had just enough and had to wash what they have. My party of 3 had to wait 40 minutes for utensils. We have been sitting at our table an hour now and still no food, no refills, and our waitress has only been to our table 3 times. I will not be back. Never got out full order. And food was off. The chicken Mac n cheese too salty, the steak and potatoes tasted like fish. Total disappointment definitely was not worth what I paid.

We came in the day after Thanksgiving, a day when most people would understandably rather be anywhere but work! Yet Haley gave us absolutely amazing service. She took the time to explain several menu items, and she did it with a genuinely happy, kind attitude.

You could tell she really cared about making sure our dining experience was great. She went out of her way to check on us, answer questions, and make everything easy and enjoyable.
Haley was truly a bright spot in our day. Ruby Tuesday’s is lucky to have her!

The food was good. Food arrived in 16 minutes. The waitress was training someone but we continued to need to flag waiters down to get refills that were supposed to come, and waited 15 minutes for her to show back up to pay our bill after she gave us the check. The pasta, ribs, and mushroom Swiss were decent. The prices were way too much for what you receive though but that’s more on the company than this particular location. $4 for a strawberry lemonade that’s half ice and 1/3 minced strawberry. $14 for a small burger and handful of fries.

I placed a Curbside order today at 3:38 PM. I arrived at the restaurant and called the number on the Curbside parking sign at 3:49 PM. I was told by the gentleman that answered that it would just be a few minutes. After the few minutes were gone, I got the impression that the restaurant might be backed up, so I continued to wait. Once I noticed I had been there about 30 minutes, I called again…and again and again with no answer after letting the phone ring until it stopped. I couldn’t go inside as I wasn’t dressed properly for the weather or for public appearance. I expected to complete a Curbside order and drive right home. I finally went home, changed, and went back to go inside. I was reluctantly assisted by a black young lady at the bar. She guessed who I was after I started my story and casually gestured toward the order sitting out on a table saying, “It’s over there.” I guess she noticed my displeasure because she asked if I wanted it “remade or something.” After I said I would like that if at all possible, she stated, “They likely won’t remake it because it’s not our fault.” She went on to say she doesn’t do Curbside orders anymore because she doesn’t have a to-go specialist. To my explaining the number of unanswered calls I made, she answered by pointing out the “Curbside phone” over on the table where my order was abandoned. She then pointed out a phone right next to her at the bar. She stated she uses the bar phone for to-go orders and that all those customers go in and get their food. She went on to say that when the “Curbside phone” rings, she doesn’t even acknowledge it. She finally asked what I wanted done as far as her asking “them” to remake the food because, as she put it, “I got other things to do.” At that point, I said that’s okay, grabbed the order, and left.

I had such a great experience at Ruby Tuesday today, thanks to our waitress, Jen. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. Her positive attitude truly made our meal more enjoyable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. She also recommended the ice cream brownie, and it was absolutely outstanding and delicious — such a perfect treat! Excellent customer service like hers makes a big difference, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Jen, for making our visit wonderful. Nicole

If I could give our server Christina M 10 stars I would. She suggested that we got the Ribs ribeye and shrimp combo! Let me tell you the Ribs were melt in your mouth! Christina also met our every need!!! She was so sweet. She made me and my two girls feel so special because it was my youngest daughters 16th Birthday! She also brought her an ice cream Sunday!

Nora was amazing! She gave true 5-star service — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Dessert was delicious and worth coming back for! The only disappointment was one of the chicken entrées — the portion was so small it was barely two bites. Overall, great service and a wonderful experience thanks to Nora!
