Today, was by far hands down the worst experience ive ever had here. Waited forever to get drinks even ordered then waited forever to get those drinks. Got food ordered, food was delivered by someone else who dropped food and left. Food was wrong, drinks stayed empty, waitress was the bartender. She stayed at the bar and never checked on us. As a regular, this bothers me to say i struggle to wanna go back. Left a very sour taste in my mouth when she came out and asked if everything was good 10-15 minutes after we got our food. Told her i was upset for obvious reasons, and the smile and chuckle from her, super disrespectful. Never saw a manager. Worst trip to date. To spend $84 for 4 people to eat and be treated like that, is crap. Leaving my prior comments for when they fix this.
Want a not your everyday burger, this is the place to go. Absolutely amazing burgers and service is great. We come at lunch often. Lunch Manager has always made rounds to quality check on the food and his servers. Great experience everytime we go. I suggest the A1 burger and dont forget to ask for campfire sauce for your fries. Thank me later.

Went in on a weekday evening, only one other patron in the area we were seated in, waitress was friendly enough but slooow, food was mediocre, restaurant appeared fairly clean.

I waited all day to buy myself a treat only to pay $11 and get burnt donut rings. I should have known it was suspicious when someone kindly brought them to the door and gave me some great customer service. I was really feeling excited to get home and open my dounuts only to find them burnt. I took them back without getting upset, the young lady that came to talk to me was nice and offered to remake them or take it off my order. But I love these things so I opted for new ones and yes they were still over cooked so I sadly didn’t get my favorite treat. So good customer service but they just couldn’t deliver on quality.

If I could rate 0, that’s what it would be. Been here plenty of times but for some reason tonight was a constant issue and I didn’t even eat there. My mom came in and ordered for take out, just two meals. Mine was a bacon cheeseburger with no modifications and fries. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with chips. No big deal, I’ll call and let them know so they can get it ready. Well I got here and they hadn’t even started the mess up order. I guess they wanted proof which I can understand but something I want to point out is how the server kept saying “oh it was the cooks fault” when it is a shared fault cuz you as a host should at least check and make sure the order is correct. But then I get home after waiting for 15 minutes for an order I thought they already started and this time ITS A CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH! Why have I order for a regular bacon cheeseburger sandwich twice now and have gotten chicken? Where is the disconnect here?? I called again and she immediately put blame on the cooks again. Everyone messed up here, there was 1 couple in there tonight, as a host it is your job to make sure takeout orders are correct too. Anyway, there is my rant, make sure yall triple check your food instead of dealing with a 2 hour fiasco like I just did. Hosts name was Yalania or something like that. She was nice but her lack of attention drove me to making this post.

Would eat here again, the restaurant itself seems a bit dated and could use some bringing up to date but otherwise good service and food. Manager was sure to greet our table and offer free appetizer while we were choosing our meal.

Fantastic place to eat! The food was delicious, the price reflected the great quality of food too. Our waiter Tony was wonderful. Super friendly, polite and attentive. 5 stars, we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Awesome server, host was super nice. Food came out fast. We came early afternoon fairly empty dining room. Ordered the kids grilled chicken strips with mandarins, the Monster, The Blue Ribbon with garlic steak fries, and the freckled lemonade cake. Overall great experience.

Was craving a good burger and ended up at Red Robin, totally forgot about their bottomless sides! The fries kept coming, and the root beer? Also, bottomless. Food took a little while, but it was hot and delicious when it arrived, so there were no complaints there. Our server was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. It’s definitely a solid spot when you’re hungry and want to get your money’s worth. I’ll be back for sure!
