This place used to be so good, but it’s gross now. Nothing was seasoned and the potatoes were straight mush. I ended up throwing it away because it wasn’t appetizing. I even paid $1.75 for guacamole, and they didn’t add it.
There is no reason for anyone to pay $15 for a burrito with unseasoned steak, mushy potatoes, cheese, and pico. That’s insane.

Go to Pancho’s. The Kansas City staple is ridiculously good comfort food. The burritos are huge, the tortillas are amazing, and everything is fresh. The carnitas always have a crunchy edge, whether in a burrito or as part of a plated meal. All of the salsas are great. The breakfast burritos are substantial. Pancho’s is a value, no matter what meal or snack you are looking for. If you don’t get the rolled tacos, you are missing out.

Coworker and I decided on Mexican food for lunch, she picked Pancho’s. When we arrived we should have turned around and went somewhere else. The first red flag was the place looked deserted, grass needed to be cut. We got out the car and went to dine in the door was locked and the restaurant was open only to Door Dash. Went to the drive thru, didn’t quite understand the menu because most Mexican restaurants have food that comes with rice and beans. This menu was for single items, no combination of items. I wanted an original beef burrito, with a taco that isn’t offered. The cashier was very very rude, I was asking her about the shredded beef and letting her know that I didn’t want shredded beef I wanted ground beef on my burrito. The toppings cheese, tomatoes, sour cream are $1.25 each. The sign on the drive-thru window states that due to credit card fraud there is a fee to use a credit card. The cashier was even meaner in person, looking like she would bite your head off just creepy. When I got my burrito and bit into it, NASTY the ground beef looked like dog food out of a can. I threw that burrito in the trash just a waste. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Mexican Restaurant to nobody.

Ordered delivery and was severely disappointed with what I got. Very little flavor and I ordered a side of guacamole… received some kind of green goop? Pretty sure guacamole is not a sauce. Cost 5 dollars. Wanted to try them cause of what I heard about them but won’t be ordering again.

all around terrible place, went there with my husband and the drive thru worker was very rude stated that we were taking too long while figuring out there TERRIBLE MENU… driver thru worker got smart with us and closed the window in our faces. and didnt give me my drink. WHEN I GOT HOME my torta was flat as hell!! (barley any meat) and un seasoned. DO NOT EAT HERE.
