The service here is outstanding. Staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome. They go out of their way to check in, keep things moving smoothly, and add a personal touch to the experience.
The environment itself strikes a nice balance between lively and comfortable—whether you’re sitting at the bar for a casual drink or enjoying a sit-down meal with family and friends. The place is clean, well-kept, and has just the right amount of buzz without ever feeling crowded.
Overall, Badlands Saloon and Grille delivers both great service and a warm, enjoyable atmosphere—definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone visiting Wall.
Many thanks to Nathaly for her excellent service. Even though she was handling the restaurant by herself with several tables and the bar at the same time, she still provided us with outstanding service. It’s clear she loves her job!!
Badlands Grill was an unexpected gem! I had the Ultimate Mac Sandwich—absolutely loved it. Super unique and packed with flavor. My son-in-law ordered the Dirty Bird and said it was one of the best things he’s had on our trip. The beans were surprisingly amazing—definitely not an afterthought. My son went with the cheeseburger, which he said was pretty standard, but he really enjoyed the flatbread fries. Great food and great stop overall!
They are incredibly busy but we didn’t have to wait for a table. Our server didn’t really seem like she was excited to help us, she wasn’t very bubbly or talkative. Otherwise we had an amazing time and I would definitely eat here again. They even have a lot machines in the back.
Definitely consumable.
My wife ordered a house salad.
The majority of the salad was green, but had visible browning to the lettuce.
My wife, complained to the waitress, then suddenly a man in an apron carrying a large plastic container containing lettuce, came barging out of the back room/kitchen.
He began to physically pick up the lettuce in the container with his bare hands and began yelling at my wife about how the lettuce is always fresh.
Needless to say, we got up and left.
