We were here for dinner with my husband’s daughter and her boyfriend. The place was packed (and we understand why!). As we approached the parking lot, there was a line of cars to get in. The line was for valet parking, which was required, but free. So, actually, that was nice! We had reservations, but still had a wait of 30 minutes when we checked in. Once we got to our seats, everything was amazing! Food is incredibly good! I had charrasco steak with mac & cheese (some of the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had). My husband had brisket and smoked sausage with whipped potatoes and jalapeño creamed corn. Our server was Miles and he was happy and full of energy. We never had to ask for anything – he was on it. We would definitely go back.

We stopped in for the first time today to enjoy a meal and drinks by the river. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived the complimentary vallet greeted us with such a lovely smile and the hostess graciously secured us a table on the patio in the sun facing the river. We lingered at our table for hours enjoying the view with a few of the cocktails on special. The About Thyme and a pomegranate bourbon cocktail. Both were delicious and well balanced so we enjoyed more than one. We started with the buffalo deviled eggs and the corn bread. The deviled eggs were buffalo spicy enough and the fried crispy chicken skin was a wonderful crunch texture to break up the creamy eggs. The corn bread was prepared in a cast iron skillet and moist and savory, a very nice cornbread and flavorful not sweet like Johnny cake which I prefer. For our main we enjoyed the Ruben sandwich, Yukon fries, baked beans and creamed corn. I highly recommend the Ruben as the meat was not greasy sliced very thin and flavorful. The dressing on the sandwich was very nice and had a good tang. So good we asked for extra. The creamed corn was one of the best I have had in a while. I enjoy a good creamed corn. The baked beans were good just not exceptional BUT the Yukon fries were excellent. They are cut think and fried golden so they have a lovely crisp, crunchy outside with a light creamy inside. Since we lingered we had the pleasure of two wonderful servers. The service was outstanding from both.

My husband and I just finished an excellent meal at Valley Smoke! He had the burger that he said was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I had the vegan hash, and it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time! It was packed with chargrilled and sautéed vegetables and topped with lions mane mushrooms. Here’s a photo, but unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo before I started eating. It was so delicious!

My friend and I drive 5 hours from Miami at least every year to enjoy the best barbecue restaurant in the state – Valley Smoke. Everything is cooked to perfection. The drinks are awesome and the seating outside in the tent is the best! Right on the intercoastal. And the staff is so nice without being overly attentive. Our server Leah was awesome! No issue staying for a couple hours or more. Lots of cool birds and boats passing by. It’s like having the privilege of someone inviting you to their home on Roscoe Blvd for dinner.
Valet parking is only mandatory if the self-parking is full.
And try the triple spicy mustard! I wish there was a bottle for me to buy and bring home, hopefully next time.

We enjoyed a dinner at Valley Smoke Restaurant. Started with a mocktail and an IPA. We had deviled eggs as an appetizer. We both had the brisket. The mustard sauce was delicious. I recommend the polenta cream corn.

Beautiful to sit outside and the bbq is amazing. The jerk chicken lunch special with pineapple aoli sauce was so delicious. The brisket sandwich also spectacular. Definitely recommend as other inventive options as n the menu are meant to be sampled as well.

We had a wonderful time at Valley Smoke! A huge thank you to Ava, the hostess, who was incredibly kind and patient while helping us get our large party seated. Her pleasant demeanor started our night on high note. The atmosphere was great, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

We found a great hidden gem for dinner as we were HOURS away from home (Orlando). This place was super tasty, very clean, upscale with welcoming customer service and great river views. They even grow their own collard greens, make all BBQ sauces homemade, brew their sweet tea fresh, smoke grill all their meats on the firewood outside & offer complimentary valet parking. Our service was excellent from the time we walked in with the owner getting us and checking in on our table quite frequently. Our server Gabe was AMAZING & knowledgeable about all of the specials, menu ingredients and homemade sauces. We definitely will make the drive to go back in the future. It was so good we even purchased ribs to take back home. Perfect restaurant!!! Is it possible to give an 100 out of 10?

My first time here. I’ve shied away in the past because the valet parking discouraged me. Don’t let that do that to you. Was meeting some friends here and I got there early to check it out. Glad I did. Sat at the bar, Rachel was the Bartender. She is amazing! Very good at her job. I ordered the two drinks since specials and wings for an appetizer. When my friends arrived we just stayed at the bar. Beautiful location on the canal across from a nature preserve that I pray never gets developed! Great food, drinks and service!
