Had tallarines verdes and lomo saltado during a trip to Peru but hadn’t been able to find a place that matched the delicious taste until yesterday! Saw good reviews and decided to try! Found just what we were looking for. Delicious.

I’ve been going to Ayllu Peruvian Grill Fusion for a long time, and their Ceviche de Camarones is absolutely amazing! This restaurant is a hidden gem the ceviche is always fresh, flavorful, and I love getting mine extra spicy. The ladies who work there are super friendly and make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves great Peruvian food!

I came here last night with my friend for a quick dinner on a whim… BEST THING WE COULD HAVE EVER DONE! This place is a true hidden gem! the food was affordable and packed full of flavor just beyond delicious. The lady working there was so sweet to us, offering recommendations and some shelter from the rain. The food came out really fast and the portions were great. 1000000/10 would recommend to anyone looking to try something new you won’t regret it!! everything was tasty! I don’t even like to leave reviews but this place was so good I just had too. We will definitely be back!

This is a small, casual Peruvian restaurant with some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many places. It’s become my go-to for ceviche mixto. It’s always fresh, consistent, and incredibly flavorful. I know I can count on it being excellent every time.

I had their lomo Saltado and papa a la huancaina. I was a little hesitant to order lomo because not everyone can make a good lomo Saltado dish but I’m glad I ordered it. The carne was so tender and savory. This dish is big enough for two. This was one of the best restaurants I’ve tried thus far. I don’t live in the area but when I am in the area I’m sure to stop by and pick me up a dish.

My husband and I ordered today a chaufa special (fried rice with chicken, meat, and shrimp) it was a little greasy plus the meat taste not fresh at all- You can tell if the left over of cook meat. We ordered a chicken leg which is not done in a grill but a searing pan, it was ok. We also ordered a sushi Shrimp tempura which was awful to say the least.

Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the flies in there.. I normally get my chaufa from jamitos in Clifton but this place is better and the Verde sauce isn’t too spicy. I ordered a mixed chaufa (Peruvian rice) that came with Shrimp, chicken and I think beef instead of pork which was alright with me.. I did notice they don’t cut up their eggs and mix it in and they don’t take the tail off the shrimp but it’s ok it was delicious. I paid $40 for 2 chaufa platters which is a bit more expensive than other places. All in all I like the food just get rid of the flies.

I can vouch for 3 things: Causa encevichado, tallarin de carne y pollo, and salchipapa for kids. It was very tasty meals for my family.
