Kept us waiting outside in 35 degree weather way over the 10 minutes quoted and when we went back in to check they had forgotten to put us in system. Drinks and appetizer was fine but my entree was horrible. Salt layered with salt(husbands steak was really good though) Manager did actually seem genuinely sorry though and took it off the check and insisted I take a brownie to go. Also we absolutely loved our waiter he was the sweetest. It was ok even with the bad entree but I don’t see myself going out of my way to return.

Went here with my wife for a nice quiet dinner. What we got was a LAST for this establishment. Were seated and after 13 minutes went to the hostess station to tell them NO one had come by. Made the order easy for the server and looked forward to and enjoyable meal. Salads and bread came with no issue. Got the rib and finger meal as it looked so Good. This is were it got OUT OF CONTROL. asked the server for bar-b-que sauce as the ribs came DRY! the manager came by and this is were it got STUPID! manager was shocked and said he would take care of it as dry is NOT the way they are to be served. also, the fingers were totally all but burnt. manager left and came right back with gloved hands and a plate. HE proceeded to remove the ribs from both our plates and said he would be back. left the fries and burnt fingers and left. came back 10 minutes later with not even crispy a little bit fingers and the SAME ribs he removed from out plates that were dredged in cold bar-b-que sauce and set aside until the undercooked fingers were NOT ready to be served and HE served them anyway. showed the server and was told the manager would be told. 5 minuets later the manager came back to the table and proceeded to ask what is wrong now are they cold? well, sir, they in fact were stone cold as you served them, took them, sauced them, let them sit, and then RE-Served them. so to sum it up the manager is not fit to be a manager and we will certainly NEVER go in AGAIN!!!!!!!
AFTER THEIR RESPONSE MY DESIRE TO EAT HERE AGAIN HAS DWINDLED TO less THAN ZERO NOW!!!!!!!!

Went for lunch. There was a crowd but I was seated quickly. Server took the order quickly but it took over 45 minutes to get it. Several customers that were there before me was still waiting after I was served which was frustrating to everyone in our area. The Manager came to their table several times to apologize for the delay but it still didn’t make their order come out any faster. Maybe because it was Veterans Day they were trying to accommodate them first….not an excuse because the couple waiting for their order were Veterans. I lost my appetite so I brought my food home.

Logan’s was always a favorite of mine. But like most businesses, they have fallen post pandemic if our experience is anything like what others receive.
It only took a minute or two to get seated . So the wait wasn’t an issue. But the table itself wasn’t very clean. One of our booth seats was adorned with plenty of ice cubes to make our pants wet.
The menu has shrunk over time which is understandable.
Both our entrees were very good, each cooked well. My steak was generous and delicious. My friends half rack of ribs was practically a full rack and also tasted well.
We both ordered a side salad, neither of which looked or tasted very fresh, tired with a blue cheese dressing that tasted like ranch with a couple crumbles.
Finally, the “hand shaken iced tea” we ordered, which used to be served in an impressive frozen mug and prepared by a bartender, is now just a regular tea served in the same glass as their soft drinks – But still at the hefty price.
This location is in the region of several restaurants of similar size and scale, so I would probably not return here as nothing stood out on the service or value level.

Came in on Father’s Day today and was seated right away. Jadyn was our server, and she was honest and attentive. The gumbo was really good, but the porkies were dry, unfortunately.

The best thing about this visit was the server. Judy was great and friendly. The table was wobbly and should not be used as it might add to the risk if a tipped drink. For an appetizer I ordered the fried mushrooms. What arrived was various pieces of mushroom in a very crispy breading. I think there was only one whole mushroom with stem in the entire serving. My wife ordered a burger no bun, I ordered the country fried steak, sweet potato and Logan’s rice. I asked for extra gravy and butter. When the food arrived the burger had the bun (I guess that is also on our server who should have caught that) and was ever so slightly cooked more than requested, and the steak which had minimal gravy. The extra gravy was a tiny condiment cup. In my history, country fried steaks should be smothered. Somewhere along the line, everyone seems to be convinced that gravy is a bad thing and should be used sparingly. Sad since the gravy was the best thing on my plate (next to the natural sweet potato). The rice had a flavor to me that resembled reconstituted dehydrated carrots. I hate wasting food, but I left it behind. The steak itself was overly salty (to me), I guess as compensation for lack of salt in the gravy, but to me it ruined the gravy because to me the gravy was perfect. Flavored great, creamy and with just enough pepper to hold up it’s name. So to recap: country fried steak-too salty for me; burger-good; sweet potato-good; fried mushrooms-lackluster; waffle fries (not pictured)-good; rice-disgusting; service-great.

We went to Logan’s earlier this week with my family for dinner. The service was excellent, the server was extremely attentive and pleasant. The food was sub par, which apparently was the consensus when we all got home. No one wanted to say anything at the restaurant and dampened the mood by complaining for something they thought was minor. It turned out that everyone wasn’t satisfied with their dinner. The potato skins: the toppings were great but the potatoes were very bland. My brother said the mac and cheese was very bland, no salt, lukewarm, he didn’t finish eating it. My fiancés steak was ordered medium and it was actually well done, the more he ate and got to the center of the steak the more you could see it was actually well done.
The rolls were amazing as always and fresh.
I’ve been to this Logan’s before and the food was very good the previous time I went so maybe this was just an off night, I still recommend it!

We went in at about 7:30 on Jan 16 2024 during the big snow-pocolypse. Before I mention anything, I want to say the General Manager was there and serving us and seating people with the most minimal staff due to the weather. He was very polite and upbeat, despite being backed up like crazy. People were continuously coming in with no additional help at the restaurant. It took about 35 to order drinks and food, another 30 to get them, and some of the order was wrong and serving size was quite small. I mentioned to him the wrong food and he corrected it in minutes. (He wasn’t the one that brought it out). He was so friendly, and despite the food issues, that’s over half the battle going to a restaurant now days, friendly service. We tipped him quite a penny and told him his service kept us happy. He also discounted our food 25% because I was honest but courteous as well. We’ll be back, and hopefully with additional staff on a normal weather day, the kinks will be worked out, but I wish this guy was our server everywhere!
