We had a wonderful experience and I wish I remembered our waiters name. She was nothing short of amazing. Food was absolutely delicious. Hardly a wait. Front staff were a little slower at greeting, a group of staff talking amongst themselves before acknowledging us. This restaurant is great for any occasion.

We sat in the bar area for faster seating, it was fine. I usually love me some Olive Garden but this night, there were too many onions in the salad. I could only taste those and peppercinies. The waitress gave me a salad to go to make up for it – excellent! I didn’t get another salad because the food was already coming to the table and I was over the salad for the time being. I had the Tour of Italy It was good, but I decided on taking most of mine home, we had a rough long day. The staff was courteous and helpful. The meal was even better the next day! TY

Olive Garden has always been an amazing spot to go to with fast service. I have been twice in the last two weeks and did something change? Both non busy days, didn’t get breadsticks or salad/soup until our meal was in front of us. Then the server got at attitude once we asked her is they were coming soon. Also when your meal is soup salad and breadsticks how come you’re not being asked what soup you want next until it’s about time to go because the people you’re done with are done? Just unfortunate..

Prices have gotten way out of hand. I ordered the soup salad and breadsticks lunch and a tiramisu to go. The tiramisu was almost the same cost as my whole meal $10.29 for one piece. I would not have ordered had I known that.

I don’t order out very often, and when I do, it’s usually because I’ve been battling a craving for weeks. Olive Garden is a treat for me, especially the soup, salad, and breadstick combo. I’m a total sucker for it (those breadsticks don’t stand a chance).
With the cold winter weather, I had been craving the pasta fagioli for about three weeks. I finally placed an online order for soup and breadsticks, picked it up, drove 15 minutes back to my office, and opened the bag… only to find minestrone instead. So close, yet so far.
I’m not a picky eater, so I rolled with it, but my heart definitely had its mind set on the fagioli. I called mainly just to let them know there may have been a mix-up so it wouldn’t happen to someone else.
I spoke with the manager, Kelly, and she was absolutely delightful. She apologized, thanked me for the heads up, and even offered a refund, which was a really nice surprise. Top-notch customer service and zero defensiveness (not that I expected any), which I truly appreciated.
I’ll definitely be back soon for a family dinner and to finally reunite with my beloved pasta fagioli. Great food is wonderful, but great customer service seals the deal!

Alfredo and my wife had the soup, salad and bread. It’s always an easy choice and give you a lot of variety.

We ordered the bread sticks and the four of the soups and salad unlimited. Everything was good till I I mentioned we were celebrating our birthdays three of us he said no could only do two People
the waiter was Angel A. So we only got two birthday desserts free then like that previous two times before we asked for the four soups to go and this time we were denied yes we were denied, it was all you can eat not all you can take home. He said so needless to say he ruined our birthday and we will not be allowing him to be our waiter next time. Anyway, we forgive him God bless you and may he have a great day in Jesus name.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was really nice and friendly. Took our order right away. Our main dish was served but our appetizer did not so we had it removed from the ticket. Also, our margarita took a very long time to make as we already were served our main courses. Iglf it wasn’t for those two things, I would’ve rated them a 5. Maybe next time.

Our server Adan was getting trained by Allie who barely even trained him, she just stood around talking and laughing and then started staring at us when she seen money on the table, meant for our server and him only. It seemed as though she wanted to take it for herself however our server Adan gave great service And deserves much better.
