Dominos exists for delivery when I need it. Otherwise this city has much better pizza.
This location will let the phone ring for two minutes or more sometimes never answering.
They will blame traffic but 4th St is positioned to make it easy to hit key thoroughfares.
It might be the worst run Dominos ever.

Stopped by for lunch today ant 12:30 and there was a lady and man working. Doors were locked but people inside. Confused and thought I ordered at wrong address bc I’m not from area and the lady was RUDE. I apologized and asked if they were closed bc I didn’t want to be an inconvenience and she was so unprofessional and said obviously were open the doors open and people are inside. But the door was locked and the man had to let us in. Strongly believe if you don’t like working in customer service should find a different job! Not from the area but we order a lot as we clean construction sites, but definitely won’t be moving forward. Usually eat 8-13 times a month.

Ordered my food and they messed with the tracker to make it look like they had fast service. i couldnt see when my pizza was actually done i just had to wait for my name to be called while i chatted with my gf. It defeats the purpose of the tracker if i wasn’t actually here waiting.

I made a delivery order through the app. It was never delivered, though the app marked the order completed. I couldn’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone. When I reported the issue on the app, they sent me a coupon, instead of a refund. Does anybody even work at this store?

I ordered online watched the quality captain check my order for 25 minutes, then the driver was on the way, no food but they took my money, my daughter whom is pregnant insisted on getting dominos so I tried to place the same order but a different dominos, how’ve they rerouted me to the same dominos after I paid again. Still not answering the phone and I’ve placed two calls, one for 33 minutes the other for 27 minutes. This is ridiculous. All I want them to do is give me all my money back at this point. No food from either order.

We frequently order from this location for dinner. Mostly pick up since delivery can get tricky around our building downtown. Order is almost always correct and when it’s not, they remake it super quickly. Staff is nice. Store is clean.

07/23/2022. This Domino’s welcomes all patrons to experience the making of their pizza. You may dine in or outside. They have low and high barstools to sit and eat. Always delicious pizza. Their Philly Cheesesteak sub was made fresh and out of this world. Nice and friendly service. Metered parking available and nearby garages. Wheelchair friendly. Decent prices.

I travel for work and stay at the Hilton downtown when in Des Moines. My flight always arrives late and this place is close to the hotel and open late.
I’ve used the app several times to place a order late at night and the quality of the food always taste fresh.
My last visit a small mistake was made regarding the toppings (forst time ever); however. I called and they answered the phone immediately. The person quickly offered different solutions to me. Because of their commitment to customer service, I’m pleased with the service and will continue to use them for a late night meal.
I would recommend them if you’re in the area.

Despite the reviews, and believe me I was nervous but said what the heck, I have had a great experience top to bottom! I ordered a thin crust pizza and special chicken. CRYSTAL is fantastic and gave me way more toppings than I usually get anywhere, and she was super efficient. I carried out, and this was around 1pm on a Monday afternoon. Took about 12 minutes total.
I’d say if it isn’t a busy time of day for pizza, give it a go!
