I filed a case number monthes ago and no surprise nothing has been done. Seriously go to the burger king not even a mile up the road because this place is the worst, no management, no organization, long wait times, wrong orders, or they just can’t make your order right

Now here is why i am giving this review last night I stopped by to get something to eat fast you know as a lot of people do. I pulled up to the drive through the Jamaican guy said you know the normal things like you can go ahead with your order but I had some people in the car that wasn’t ready to order so I said can I have moment plz. I get the orders and I couldnt even get another word of another thing I was gonna order without dude saying is that all for your order. now don’t get me wrong i understand you use customer service but they wouldn’t even let me speak until I said that’s it. Now I drive up to the window right and dude is literally just standing there arms crossed looking at the screen and not touching anything just looking at the screen. Now a good 5 mins go by Im not thinking of anything i pay for the meals which my total comes out to be 21 dollars and some change, again couldn’t really get a word out when ordering. I get the food right and everybody is laughing inside, again not thinking of it. The girl that gave me the food was being sweet when she handed me the order haha again not thinking anything of it. Now someone got a 5 dollar meal deal and asked for ketchup and mayo only along with other things but TELL me why they loaded everything down with everything. Im talking the bun itself like the top was cover just everything. The package itself could still be a good dipping sauce. Now I get it I used to work in food i myself have made mistakes on orders, but this was not a mistake this was done on purpose. Im not exactly sure what I did to offend ANYONE working there but that really isn’t alright. Also to waste that much y’all must be spending a lot of money on sauces if these people work for you. It was plain out disrespectful and even more disrespectful bc Im a local not that they would know that and the only reason I say that is because I’m wondering if the other locals are getting treated the same way not to mention if they did anything to the food. If you higher someone shouldn’t they at least have a little bit of respect and/or patience.

I usually never have any issues here, but the manager working on 10/15 around 1:30–2:00 p.m. was extremely rude — not only to me, but also to the younger employee working the front. I understand it was a busy time, but the manager’s comment was completely unnecessary.
I had placed a curbside mobile order and waited about 15 minutes after arriving, even after entering my parking spot number. When no one brought out my order, the app instructed me to go inside. There was a line, which I didn’t mind waiting in since I knew they were busy.
When I got to the counter, they couldn’t locate my order and even asked if I had paid for it. Then the manager said, “It’s probably the mobile order that’s been sitting there for 30 minutes that nobody every picked up,” in a very dismissive tone. The employee at the front was polite and even apologized for the manager’s comments, but it was clear he was under stress and being treated disrespectfully as well.
After waiting a total of about 30 minutes, I ended up with cold food for lunch. Unfortunately, this experience has really changed my view of this location. I hope management can address the situation — especially how employees and customers are being spoken to.

The best all around McDonald’s by far. I travel all across the US and Eastern Canada and no other McDonald’s can touch this one for customer service. Definitely has that Chick Fil A level when it comes to taking care of what is most important…..Their customers

Food was not fresh, fries tasted half raw, only one person in the store spoke English. Even the cashier had a hard time understanding my order which still was wrong but I didn’t have time for them to correct it or the patients to try and explain what was wrong

Worst customer service ever, it was almost funny. I asked 2 questions and the dude said, “Oh jeez” and “huh” repeatedly with a big sigh then didn’t answer my questions lol! Felt like I was on a prank show!

Great place this is my local McDonald’s always service with a smile very friendly Mike the manager is awesome and Becky at the drive-thru window is always bright and cheery very friendly and of course the steak egg and cheese bagel that I go there for was delicious again couple that with a vanilla sweet cream cold brew Trenta with extra whipped cream from Starbucks down the road and you have the perfect breakfast

*came here a couple times… food was good (sometimes not picture pretty, but taste good).
*Drive thru line always takes forever (typically busy).
*The places in the area are done well, usually with some kind of theme… kind of surprised this isn’t some smokey mountain looking franchise with all the tourism.
