We had a lovely time; service and food were great. They have indoor seating which was nice and cool but also a little courtyard if you want to be outdoors. The bartender talked us through our choices and even brought over a sample beer to try which we ended up ordering. Sandwich and burger were good; we were really impressed by the pork rinds (get the house made beer cheese!). We live closer to the Hazel Dell location but this was definitely worth checking out.

It was the middle of the week, I didn’t want to cook, and all I could think about was a yummy sandwich. I went to yelp and was looking for somewhere to go and Brothers Cascadia stood out with all their options. The steak sando and the chicken sando both looked great so we ordered one of each and shared – boy they hit the spot!
This is such a fun spot! A good balance of a neighborhood pub but also a place I could bring my kiddo and enjoy a basket of fries. Everyone on the staff was so friendly too. I look forward to coming back.

Great food!!
We had almost everything and everything was really good!
The portions of the fries are huge!
The highlights were steak sandwich & wedge salad.
They also have very special beverages in the fridge.
Highly recommended for the whole family!

We stopped by Brothers Cascadia Brewing today after checking out the Vancouver Market. At first, we were unsure based on the outside, but we’re so glad we decided to go in. The food was fantastic! My husband had the Korean BBQ cheesesteak sandwich—packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The fries were seasoned to perfection, and the gochujang mayo was incredible. I had the classic burger, and the patty was perfectly seasoned, paired with a delicious bun and house sauce. Our daughter enjoyed the corn dogs, which were also a hit. The beer selection was impressive, with ciders on tap and a well-stocked cooler. Highly recommend trying the Rambler—it was a standout! The bartender was knowledgeable and kind, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was calm and relaxed—a perfect Sunday vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Stop by the place in the evening for a bite to eat and ordered the Classic Burger. I wish it was a little bit more juice, thus the 4 stars. The pickle was a great touch on the side. The outdoor seating is amazing with a great classic vibe and good weather to add on top. The place is a hidden gem! Must check this place out.

Bartender was very knowledgeable, explained the differences between the IPAs and Lagers. Some many different flavor profiles. The Korean Philly was amazing. The outdoor seating is nestled in between the two buildings, creates a beautiful quiet seating area. Very cool place to hangout.

My first choice was closed, so I cast about in a desperate manner, hunger hounding me like a mad and ravening dog. it is a burger, a burger that I desire. Something simple and straightforward, a shot from the hip, a beacon for the weary and I stumble upon the Brothers Cascadia Brewing. Are they really brothers? Is it a trick? I’m afraid I don’t drink, so will I be welcome at an establishment that includes brewing in the name? Will I fit in? An old man with a dubious beard and an ambling gait.
Yes, it’s a bar and ordering is done standing up and because I don’t drink I am often unsure how the custom works at these places. Do I interrupt the locals? do I shout for attention? Or perhaps bang my cane against the bar?
But no, I am greeted immediately in a friendly manner and made to feel welcome.
I will go straight to the food. It is a handsome burger, acquitted well in its presentation and accoutrements. It rests in a sea of french fries, a veritable mountain of potatoeness. I will not go hungry here. The burger is substantial, thick and dripping with juice. A meal unto itself, a song to the concept of burgers. I might perhaps prefer a different bun… Something a little more substantial to bind up the generous portion of moist and savory meat. I suppose it’s OK, But that meat deserves better.
But it is a quibble, a mere soft note in a lovely melody, an unedited page in a long and absorbing book.
The french fries in their profusion were, I’m afraid a bit too salty. As one works through that panoply of potato, the engine slows and the feast cannot be finished. That’s hard, because they are perfect in every other respect. The right texture, the right flavors, and the right amount. Enough there to hold me for a while as I ponder and write of the philosophy of food.
Because the big question is, would I come here again, lost in an afternoon of exhausted wandering? Aimless in the city of my adopted land.
Yes, I would. I would ask for less salt next time.
And why you might ask, because I liked the entryway, and I liked the sense of welcome and the atmosphere of relaxed friendliness. I would come here with a friend, and we would sit and talk of why the world is and the things we seek, and whether pigs have wings.

Seriously the best brewery food ever, hands down. I’m usually a beer gal, but I had the strawberry banana cider tonight and it was sooo good. Perfect summer drink.

Absolute 5 star experience. We had Todd as our bartender and honestly he’s probably the chillest most relaxed bartender I’ve ever seen. Such a great place to grab a few beers. I’ll be back for sure!

Have stopped by here a few times when in downtown Vancouver. They have a great selection of beers from their Hazeldale brewery both on tap and in cans. Did not have food, but what people had looked good.
