Placed a to-go order today. Ordered a burrito with Carne Asada and 3 Chicken tacos. Under $25 out the door.
Everything was great but it all needed about 30 seconds in the microwave as I had a 25 minute drive home.
Would absolutely recommend this location.

Ordered a burrito for pickup today. Literally the saddest burrito I’ve ever gotten in my life:(( . Not only was the burrito not filled even close to being enough (like there was an insane amount of space in my burrito..) but there was a long black hair in it(made it half way through before I noticed I ate hair… ) Chipotle burritos used to be my safe food but now it’s safe to say I will never eat here again. I had a burrito delivered to my hotel room by Doordash. It arrived exactly as pictured with nothing to help me eat it. No fork, no plate, not even a measly napkin! I had to use the bag as a plate, which was impossible. As always with Chipotle food, there was a ton of liquid in it and the whole thing totally fell apart as I was trying to eat it. My hands and clothes were literally covered in burrito by the time I gave up trying to eat the darn thing.
The bottled soda I got was also barely room temp. I spent over $30 on this meal. Not happy.

I’ve had chipotle in several states and two countries, most recent order from this location was the worst I’ve ever had. The rice was completely inedible, probably completely uncooked. My burrito was round like a baseball and half the normal size.
There is no way that anybody at this store tastes the food they serve.
To chipotle, I did reach out to you and your automated system is terrible.

I used to order from this Chipotle on a regular basis and pick up from their drive thru. My last visit was absolutely laughable. I ordered a veggie bowl with black beans and got all the way home only to find they used pinto beans instead. I drove all the way back and walked inside to have them fix the order. Guess what I got back? Another bowl with pinto beans instead of black beans. ♂️

We ordered 2 bowls, 1 queso and chips, and 2 drinks. My bill came to 56 dollars. We had no idea that adding queso and guacamole to the bowls would raise the price by 5 dollars for each bowl. 7 bucks for 2 drinks is really overpriced. Also, the “bowl” or large queso for 10 bucks and it measures 3/4c. Not worth it.
At these prices, I can go to a Mexican restaurant and get a real bowl of queso. If you’re going to upcharge for items by this amount you should warn people. It’s not very easy when you’re in line and everyone is waiting behind you to order to know what is included and not in your bowl. The food tasted good, but I’ll definitely think of other options in restaurants next time.

This is a solid location for the chain. Six staff members working diligently at their stations. If dining in, when you enter their main doors, move towards the left where you’ll start making your choices from the overhead menu. Inside dining has plenty of clean tables. Outdoor seating has heat lamps. Very nice.
Online orders has it’s own pickup area, clearly marked. This location also has a drive-thru option! Since this building formerly was a bank, the drive-thru lane is wide.
I had a chicken burrito. No extras. The total with local tax is $10.01. My burrito was generously filled, and the meat had good seasoning. I’m very glad a Chipotle is now in Gig Harbor!

It’s alright, realizing Qdoba is actually better now after waiting all these years for a Chipotle. The Chimichurri sauce was amazing but now they got rid of that. Qdoba has way more flavor.

My order was incorrect from the drive through. Went back to address it and waited a while. They then gave the wrong order again… This isn’t the first time this has happened. It use to be a reliable place to get food on a pinch. I will never return to this Chipotle because of their clear lack of professionalism among the staff. I get it’s fast food but at the same time it’s not rocket science to make sure the order is correct when given multiple chances to correct it. This place needs a management overhaul.

Hot and cold with service, last night was good. Arrived about 9:15, and they just ran out of steak so it’d have to be a 10 minute wait if I wanted more. Not the worst thing since it was late. Not the only the Chipotle location where they charge a ton more if you just want to add more meat or cheese. $32 for a burrito and a bowl and regular size drink for two plain eaters, but that’s the new norm now. Just miss the days of asking for more of something at any Chipotle without the price going way up and workers looking in pain to give more.
