I ordered the Clogger Burger Combo and it was absolutely massive, easily one of the biggest meals I have had in a long time. The 2/3 lb burger is stacked with bacon, cheese sauce, and toppings, and it actually lives up to how it looks on the menu. The portion size makes the price feel justified because it is a ton of food. The burger was juicy and filling, the Kurly fries were plentiful, and the shake pushed it into full comfort food territory. I went with a vanilla shake and paired it with a Buzz Cola, which turned out to be a great combo with the meal. Yes it is expensive, but this is one of those cases where you truly feel like you got what you paid for and it ended up being well worth it.

Tried This “Homer‘s heaven” and loved it. The fries have an amazing shape that makes them super crispy, and the sauce is just incredible. Definitely worth it.
Certainly, so many people…but honestly, that makes sense with food this good.

I have walked past Krusty Burger in Simpsons Land hundreds of times and never stopped in. Tonight, needed a little fuel in the tank and gave them a try and wasn’t disappointed. The burger was actually quite good and so were the fries. Quick meal that was like a pitstop in a race that allowed me to continue my Universal night. Tasty food, nice staff members, overall good experience!

PSA: Tots were way better than the curly fries!! Curly fries are decent. Burger with secret sauce was delicious! Flaming Moes drink is small but super cool! And you can add more soda to it to keep it bubbling. We would eat here again.

If you’re looking for a great place to eat at Universal Park, this spot is definitely the best option compared to other places in the park. Many of the restaurants can be really crowded, which means you might wait a long time for your food or have a not-so-great experience. But at the Simpsons dining area, you have four different restaurants to choose from in one spot. You do have to wait in one line, but that actually helps the kitchen serve food faster, so you won’t be waiting too long—usually about 20 minutes or so.

When we visited, we ordered the Krusty Burger with a large doughnut on the side, and it came out quickly. One more tip: you can get free water there, but just be sure to bring your own cup!

Unfortunately, this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had at Universal Studios. The service at Krusty Burger was rude and communication was terrible. I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich, and it was served missing the lettuce and tomato. When I asked about it, they said they had run out, but they should’ve told me that before serving it. The chicken filet itself was very dry and tough.

Someone else in my party ordered the fried chicken combo, which was also disappointing. The mashed potatoes came without gravy, and again, we were only told they ran out after asking about it. It’s frustrating to receive incomplete meals without any upfront notice.

To make things worse, when we got to the cashier line, the cashier literally walked away to clean tables (which other staff were already doing), leaving a long line of guests waiting. People started getting so frustrated that they were talking about just walking out and letting the staff come find them if they wanted payment.

Overall, the staff here seemed completely untrained and unorganized. I hope Universal reviews this location seriously because this level of service doesn’t reflect the usual Universal Studios standard.

As expected: food was super bad! Bun, Patty, Fries .. everything was cold. Salad was fresh. Curly Fries had potential, when being prepped freshly

People at the counter and the cashier were super bored and busy talking to each other. Sorry to interrupt with my order, guys!

At least I didn’t see anyone spitting in the Burgers.

Had to do it!

The burger was terrible. Looked and tasted like compacted sawdust. The bun it was on couldn’t have been bread with how rubbery it was. Then the oil they cook the fries in must have been old because you could taste the different foods that were cooked in it. Avoid this place like the plague.

Let’s be real, if you’re coming here it’s probably not for the food, but rather the opportunity to step into the world of the Simpsons. We walked in and was greeted with a busy cafeteria, the line was super long and it was very loud. I mean, there’s not much that can be done about the line and the noise levels but you can tune it out because there is so much to look at! The art work on the walls and the colourful decor really transports you to Springfield. Now, the whole experience was very much like a high school cafeteria, order your food, get it on the tray, pay and eat. I ordered the only plant based option on the menu with some fries (yes curly) – pretty darn expensive but filling and I got a flaming Moe! I saw comments about the lack of seating, I personally had no issues with seating and was able to find a seat. I recommend taking wet wipes or something because the chances of finding a CLEAN table is probably as low as finding a Polar bear in Florida. I did take wet wipes and boy was I glad, we sat at a nice clean spot once I was done! I didn’t enjoy the burger as much as I would’ve liked, it was a little over done (to the point of burnt) and lacked flavour however, the fries were bomb! 10/10! Decor 10/10! Price could be adjusted lower, but it’s a theme park so it is expected. The workers seem to really hate their job…but I would still eat there again, I liked the decor!

As lifelong the simpsons fans we just couldn’t skip getting a Krusty Burger at universal orlando.
We enjoyed the novelty of it. Getting to sit inside the “unhealthiest restaurant in the world” and ordering a burger with only 1 in 50 chances that Krusty personally spit on it ( we like those odds!). The food was pretty average as you’d expect but at least the kids meal toy didn’t give us panda virus.
