The girl working right now is doing her best but I am here for a pickup so I stepped to the side until she is able to make it and not sure when she will begin making it considering others in line. Technically a pickup order is placed first so either it’d be nice to have two people working at all times or pickup orders to be prioritized. Again nothing against the girl working right now. Visited this location 30 Jan. The worker had an airpod in one ear and got my order wrong. i was in the car before i opened it and realized.
It was 8:30 pm (website says it closes at 10pm). Went to take down chairs from the table to have a seat and the same worker HOLLERED at us saying the lobby was closed. I’ve gone before, sat down and never had this issue. This same girl is always rude every time we go.

I was in there on June 19 around 3:30 and I had the worst experience. There was a younger girl working and handling everything why the older girl was on her phone. Not only was she on her phone but she had the worst attitude toward the young girl with the black hair who was handling everything. The young girl had on a name tag but I didn’t catch her name due to her having to help other customers. It seems like a toxic work environment. Im giving a 1 star but the younger girl who helped me deserved 5

I just discovered this place a few weeks ago. Now I have to pretend it doesn’t exist so I don’t come here every day. There’s indoor and covered/lighted outdoor seating. The scoops are huge so if you only really want one scoop, I would get a kid’s size. If you want your mix-ins in really small pieces, ask them to crush it separately before they mix it in the ice cream.

Not a bad location, but I’m about to call this my last visit. Several times now I arrive at 9:30-9:45pm, everything is put away, the door is locked and the kid behind the counter just waves customers away. Would be nice if the sign says “open” and it’s not 10p.m. (Closing hour) that you’d actually be open for business.

Edit: I went in here last week and was disgusted. I had not been here in over a year since moving out of state, I thought the same manager and crew were still here and was shocked to see how run down this place was. The place stunk, was very warm and worst of all it was a ton of flies all over the place. They were on all of the open toppings, absolutely nasty. My original post was when they had a guy manager. He and his crew were very friendly and kept the place in tip top shape. The lady who runs it now should not be.
Hands down the best cold stone I’ve been to in any state. The manager and employees are amazing, they always remember my daughters order which makes her day. (Sorbet) The store is always fresh and clean and the staff are always courteous and friendly! I definitely recommend this location!
