It was definitely a good place for young people, gamers, and general customers. It is loud, but that was ok with me. The waitress was just great! Her customer service skills were phenomenal! Over all ots a great place for adults, teenagers, and children!

This was SUCH a cool place to spend the evening with our family! The atmosphere is so fun (loud for sure though, so be prepared) but so fun!! We all loved our food! My husband and I got the Ribeye and it was absolutely delicious!! The fries were well seasoned, the boneless wings were cooked perfectly, and the kids meal was affordable! Everything was large portions as well. Best cheesesticks we’ve had in a LONG time!

Our second visit to this place we only came back because thats the only place that has arcade and our son can enjoy,little we know that this place is nasty and no body cleans or sanitize any thing on top of that we found a glass of moldy alcohol sitting on the game that my son was playing. Management all they could do was apologize, you think after what i saw i will let my son come back here??? The they would not refund us for the card we had just got that day and we only played one game…..i dont think this place is safe for children, be aware please!!

How can you not like a place that has awesome video games and drinks?? This place looks it’s been recently updated with some really cool games. The food is all fried not super healthy yummy food so there is that. Maybe I have been blind to it but it seems during the day they have become more kid friendly, this is nice so I can take the kids somewhere they can have fun and I can get super hammered before driving them home. I’m kidding I wouldn’t do that but it may be nice to have a beer and take the edge off if your cool with drinking then driving.

Went to Dave & Buster’s Chattanooga and had a good time! The place was busy but still a lot of fun, and everything ran pretty smoothly. Shoutout to our server Lauren — she was friendly, easy to talk to, and stayed on top of things without hovering. Food and drinks came out quick, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of rushed. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had here. Would come back for sure.

Me and my husband stopped by to enjoy a cocktail. We ended up buying about $35 worth of tickets. Thought they would go further than they did but we were only able to play for a few minutes did not take long for them to go away.

Its a great place to play games. The food however wqs absolutely terrible I got steak and potatoes. Both were cold I sent them back which I usually dont do. They came back cold again. Im not expecting 5 star food but I atleast expect it to be warm. They did after the 2nd time it went back and my family had finished eating they gave me a $75 card for the games

My fiancé and I came to Dave and Busters for a big celebration. We ordered the $10 wings and some fries and chips and salsa for an appetizer, she ordered the $5 margaritas and I asked for sparkling water which is usually out of the fountain. The chips and salsa took quite some time to come out, it was extremely underwhelming. There were barely any chips and for 7$ it wasn’t worth it so we sent it back. After I read the rules for the wings it was supposed to 10 wings and 2 ranches. But when we got the bill they charged for both, when I questioned it our server said “they won’t make it unless I charge for it” I was also shocked to see that my carbonated water was a 3.50 charge for club soda, which should’ve been mentioned. My glass was never refilled and our server was more focused on cleaning and resetting the dining area than making sure we were good. Overall the experience wasn’t good, and we were dissatisfied with service and the lack of care. It was like fast food experience inside a restaurant.

I came to Chattanooga all the way from Metro Atlanta just to come to Dave & Buster’s here and I enjoyed my visit! Got the high score on a few retro arcade games on the Pac-Man’s Pixel Bash machine. Great selection of games also! Will definitely be back in the future!
