The employees don’t do their job half the time, always short staffed and they aren’t kind, they take FOREVER to get ur order even if it was a small one, their machines are always “out of order” and this last time I came they closed AN HOUR early so I couldn’t even get coffee after work. The food may be good but it takes so long to get it and costs quite a bit too. It’s js not worth the time and money honestly any other restaurant can do the same in shorter time

I went to McDonald’s today October 11th around 430-5 to get food for my family. I ordered over 20 dollars worth of food and they forgot my ranch cups and picante sauce so I went inside and no one greeted me or asked if they could help they all literally walked right by me or just ignored me so I had to speak up to get what I wanted and the fries were cold definitely not fresh so disappointing

Order through doordash may be a hit and miss try to order extra napkins because never get them and straws tried ordering them extra also condiments and nothing extra except two more apple pies apparently they are cheaper than dipping sauce and napkins and straws. Apparently the scott family is more concerned about how good the restaurant looks and not concerned about how dissatisfied customers are will be avoiding all restaurant owned by them

Working in fast food for 10+ years I try really hard not to complain, but this is the worst McDonalds. It’s by far the slowest. 20+ minute wait for three cars in line at the end of dinner rush consistently. They give you half of any fry you order. Our kids meals had 5 fries in them, not an exaggeration.
The window didn’t hear a sweet tea that we had ordered. No big deal, it happens. We went to ask and add it on at the second window, and was told “yeah looks like it was missed, thank you.” Then had the window closed on us. Then went back to bagging the next order. Came back to the window, asked what we needed, said just the tea, handed our card to pay, then was told yeah you can pay for it. Then we got our tea.
Save the hassle. Go to the Mexican restaurant next to it and get faster, friendlier, and more accurate service.

Hey there guys: This is how a McRib sandwich is to actually look, yeah I know I’ve made several of them as a former employee of a McDonald’s franchise. What I received on 4 McRibs I ordered online, and picked up in the drive thru looked nothing like this. The sandwiches I received from this store actually looked like you had the bbq sauce on quarantine, or in a little squirt bottle of there was even any at all put on my sandwiches. It tasted like I was eating a plain pork patty with onions and pickles thrown on it, I’m sorry but I will not return to this restaurant even when I work right across the street, I’ll find someone who can make sandwich the right way. I was totally disappointed with the order, and oh yeah every customer gets a chance to comment about their service they received, except those who order online. So I posted my disgust on here. Get with it and quit shorting customers on the sauces.

My experience started in the drive thru where when I pulled up to the kiosk to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes with nobody talking to me. After waiting I decided to just go in and order thinking this might be faster, I was wrong! I placed my order inside and waited 15 minutes for my food. My number was finally called and half of my order was not there. Shocker! There were several customers waiting as long as I was and many of them were missing part of their orders as well. I asked, and was given, a refund for my order.
Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has not had great customer service in the evenings in a long time. It used to only be Sunday nights, but the last few times I have gone in the evening, it has been a dumpster fire. The morning crew is still great, but the evening crew has soured my taste for this particular McDonalds and I will not spend another dime at this location.
After getting my refund, I went to the McDonald’s across town and the service was flawless and fast even though they were busy.

Order fries just to have to dig them out of the bottom of the bag because putting them in upright must’ve been such an inconvenience. Let’s not forget that the fries are cold and mushy per usual.
