I’m sure it’s been said, but it’s a Denny’s. It’s important to manage our expectations. Denny’s in general just have low ratings across the board because people don’t understand what this place is.
That aside, I was glad to find a Denny’s out this way that checked all the boxes. My fiancée didn’t remember her first experience at one, so this was a great refresher. Late night, good food, good service — it isn’t fine dining by any means, but they did just fine for me.
Homie in the kitchen was cheffing it up; hash browns here are fire. Our server/host was personable and took care of us when we could snag his attention.
I would definitely visit here again when we’re craving late night digs; beats driving to Narnia for Waffle House.

The food was delicious and the services was the best this restaurant is my favorite in this area, also the place is very clean and organized, The atmosphere is great for having a good time with the family. The waiters are very helpful and friendly.

We went into this almost empty Denny’s and when we finally got a table waited and no server came to our table. Not even for drinks We got up and left. Not sure if they where just low of staff but if so I would like someone to let us know that. Poor service

My husband and I dine at the Denny’s on Joppa road every so often, and each time it is a generally pleasant experience. I wanted to take a moment to shout out Kelly who was our server yesterday. It was a fairly busy time of day, but Kelly was so sweet and attentive to both us and the other tables she waited on. She was kind, friendly and poised. Thank you Kelly!!

Came in today. And not 1 not 2 but 3 of your employees ignored us. Once we were seated at table 44. The 3 of them went back and forth with each other on who was to be our server. Once it was decided that the young man was to do it. No one still never came over. So we left, Very poor and disappointing service.

There seemed to only be two people working here, and they were trying to do all of their tasks together. There were dirty dishes on the tables, and no one was at the front register. Therefore, customers literally had to go look for the guy who was seating people. The waitress continued with her chores while quickly serving customers. Both were polite, but their priority was not customer service, nor keeping the tables clean. Because the restaurant was nearly empty, there were still some clean tables and booths. My veggie omelette was very good. My short stack of pancakes were spongy. This Denny’s also does not offer the variety of syrups anymore, and syrup was not on the table. Now, patrons have to use what they bring with the meal. I don’t recall seeing ketchup on the table either. However, I was seated where I wanted and enjoyed my meal. Their presentation and service could definitely be better; schedule more workers.
