This Chick-fil-A is located inside the Bill Daniel Student Center. When you walk in, make sure to stay on the left side of the divider wall because the kiosks on the right side belong to the sushi restaurant. You place your order on the kiosk, not with an associate.
The line can get long, especially during peak hours. Ordering is done through Grubhub, so having the app already downloaded will save you time. It may be easier to place your order directly through the app instead of standing in line.
Overall, the experience was okay. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait when ordering and receiving your food.

Chick-fil-A at Baylor’s Student Union Building has been a staple of my campus experience. This quick-service restaurant has consistently provided delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets, perfect for a busy student’s schedule. Its location on the first floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB) made it incredibly convenient, especially when I was studying in the SUB or heading to morning classes.
One thing to note is the menu’s simplicity, akin to an airport selection. While it may be limited compared to full-scale Chick-fil-A outlets, the quality and taste of the food remain top-notch. The chicken sandwiches, in particular, have been a delightful and familiar comfort during my time on campus.
What makes this location stand out is its commitment to sustainability, as part of a broader initiative within Baylor’s dining services. Chick-fil-A at Baylor is part of a food court that includes other dining options like Freshii and Steak ‘n Shake, offering a variety of choices for every palate.

Our family has been big chick-fil-a fans for quite some time, however the last 3 or so months haven’t been up to par at all. I’ve had wrong orders many times and I really believe their fryers are cooking at too high of temps because the fries have been hard (well overcooked) every single time regardless of the time of day. This is very disappointing, as their fries have been great for years. I really hope they fix the issues at our favorite fast food restaurant. Hasn’t been too good lately.
May help if there weren’t 15 people working at the same time as well.

This location is very subpar in regards to the greatness of chicken fil a. The line inside was quite long for a non busy hour. I watched this young cashier Ainsley run around trying to help bring her line down, all while the manager justin sat around right in front of us on his phone. It was so bad, that Ainsley finally had to ask him to help her out. Poor management to say the least. Kudos to young Ainsley though.

Today I placed a mobile order on my phone to be picked up in the drive-thru. Ordered a Beverage and regular chicken sandwich. No problems getting through the line, everyone very friendly as usual at this restaurant. Food came out quick. Because I received my sandwich before I could exit the line I opened it and noticed the chicken was burnt and charred on one side. As I got up to the window I requested that I exchange my charred sandwich for another one. A very friendly young man handed it to someone working inside the window so they could observe the burnt sandwich. Their expressions seemed to question why I wanted another sandwich but I did get another sandwich and it was handed to me by a very nice young man. Drove away with my new sandwich and started eating it before I left the parking lot and I tell you that I’ve never had such a dry, old tasting crumbly bread chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A, ever! I took two bites and didn’t eat anymore. Seriously wondering if it was something left over from the day before. I want to say that this restaurant is usually top notch amazing. Must have caught them on a bad day to get two bad sandwiches.
