Delicious Sno-Cones and smoothies. The store was clean and the employees were very friendly. They even have a shelf full of games you can play while you are there. The manager was very friendly and involved and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this place. Now I see what everyone was talking about!!

I’ve been here multiple times. Today my sno cone came out short of flavoring and pop rocks. Showed it to one of the workers and asked if this is normal and she said no. She did add more flavor to it. I just think consistency and quality product is key to make me keep coming back.

Service is TERRIBLE. We come here all the time and we won’t anymore. We ordered $30 worth of snowcones. 3 of them tasted just like a block of salt. We were confused that it was us until another customer and her daughter had the same thing. It was brought to their attention and they just kept repeating with a smirk that “nobody else has complained”. Literally two separate customers are complaining and all they could do was laugh about it and tell us there is nothing they can do. DO BETTER BAHAMA BUCKS, you have some real terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE!!! I absolutely love Bahama Bucks… but ours were SALTY! Not only was mine salty, but another groups were SATLY too. We asked if they could be remade and the shift manager was an absolute JERK!! It wa so bad my daughter spit it out on the table. He was beyond rude to us, refuse to remake them, and just said “well no one else is complaining.” Yes… there were FOUR of us complaining about them being salty. HORRIBLE customer service. A simple remake and all problems solved. Instead, they have very unhappy customers that used to be regulars. Absolutely horrible attitude for a manager.

This location is not the best. Half of my son’s snow cone was just unflavored ice. The wait time here is a little ridiculous too. The staff are all just teenagers joking around not really caring about anything. Been to many WAY better BB locations.

Bahama Bucks is our favorite summer treat and we’ve tried this location twice and been pretty disappointed. The kids(workers) are all just playing/eating sno cones while making the sno cones so the quality seems to be lacking. Twice we’ve left with sno cones that halfway down are mostly white, flavorless, and crunchy . Which isn’t horrible, but every other Bahama Bucks we have visited have never had this issue. Just a bit disappointed!
