A really nice place, loved it. The pho was nice, a very humble place but very cozy vibe, run by a family. Definitely worth a try for your visit. Only open for lunch. So make sure to be on time price is decent.

Small shop by masjid An-noor in the Old Quarter where you can have authentic halal Vietnamese cuisine. There’s also a great halal Banh Mi shop right across the street.
Although the shop closes at 4PM, last orders are sometime around 3PM or so, so try getting there early.
The Pho is good, but I highly recommend ordering the beef rice with butter (which is not on the menu and is the owner’s own personal suggestion!). Thank me later 😉

Very nice place to have halal meals after you wander around the old quarter, just besides the mosque so you can directly go for prayer breaks afterwards. We had vietnamese pho, the portions are very generous, tastes very good and affordable price.

This place is a hidden gem in the midst of crowded shops but the owner and their food is amazing. The place is small and cozy away from the dust and noise of streets in peaceful alley!

We visited Zaynab Restaurant to try their halal beef pho and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The broth was flavorful yet clean-tasting from the herbs.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second visit before flying back home. The restaurant is very easy to find, located right next to the Al Noor Mosque, which is a convenient landmark.
We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for halal pho in Hanoi!

It’s really a small stall beside the Masjid An Noor. Since the cooker and the waiter is the same person, you need to wait abit and be patience. Only got 4 table inside the restaurant. But the owner still serves us in nice and also can speak English.

Food was great. We ordered sweet & sour chicken and fried rice. It was good specially for the sweet&sour chicken!!
There was no board in front of the reataurant, you can just go inside beside the mosque (left) and you will see small door on left side

This is the only authentic halal pho you can get which is northern style.
My friend’s husband is a Vietnamese Muslim convert and we tried many Pho in the Old Quarter – but this one is the only one that was truly authentic.
Honestly the tastiest experience. A++

It’s a humble restaurant located next to the mosque, offering reasonable prices. The guy who serves is very attentive. I particularly enjoyed the fried chicken rice and the chicken curry. However, there are a few areas for improvement: the restaurant is hard to find the first time due to its low visibility, the variety of dishes is limited, and some of them run out quickly. Additionally, the restaurant tends to fill up quickly.

Zaynab Restaurant in Hanoi offers a truly remarkable Halal experience, blending authentic flavors with warm, welcoming hospitality. This restaurant stands out for its dedication to traditional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and an ambiance that reflects its cultural roots.
The menu features a wide variety of dishes, from flavorful Pho and other Vietnamese halal dishes. Each dish is prepared with care, delivering a perfect balance of spices and textures. The vegetarian options are equally impressive, catering to a diverse clientele.
Highly recommended!
