The last three times I’ve came here my order has been wrong and then when I ask for spicy they’ve given me non-spicy tonight really pissed me off I asked for a spicy leg and thigh I check and it’s a breast and leg so I told them they replaced and gave me the most burnt chicken the meat was so hard and the chicken was old. I like Popeyes but I think tonight was my last night for the one here in Wesley chapel poor service and rarely ever gets your order right.

Where to start with this Popeyes lol. First I ordered a spicy tender combo with just a regular side. The guy first says let me see if we have any to make. Then proceeds to say ok we got some. They give me regular tenders instead. Ok well I can deal with that. I then open my side and as you can see it’s like maybe half. This place is literally the worst. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. It will definitely be the last because I won’t go back

I had to change my review because today was a great day! Walked in and they were happy to greet me. Very fresh food even made suggestions when I couldn’t make up my mind! Completely changed my on this location! We joked about football and everything and I sat and watched them treat all the other customers behind me with the same upbeat happiness. Glad I came back to this location

Selectively I have gone to this Popeyes off SR54 if the kids desire but I would rather spend an extra 20-30$ and go somewhere else.
This establishment seems poorly managed due to the number of juveniles working. There is always horse playing in the common areas and your food is always mishandled or missing orders. The manager is ran by the franchisee who is only there for profit not for customer satisfaction.
It never fails that each time over the span of 3 years I have had to check my bags , pray for clean hands and fresh food. They always disappoint.
For Sanity sake-stay away from this establishment
Food spilled in the bag because they didn’t put the top on and the fish sandwich with no condiments although I asked for everything.
Ownership is a responsibility taken lightly here.

Dare not post the full experience. Let me say mediocre dinner and a side show of ill trained employees. Service was at a snails pace, for being what I thought was a fast food place. Multiple errors on a simple app order for biscuits and gravy, placed prior to arrival, was for takeout; for breakfast. Corrected, compliments of additional counter order and eating inside and having the foresight to check the app orders accuracy.

Thank God they closed. Worst staff ever. Wait, for an online order, is 45 mins MINIMUM. This place made you never want to get Popeyes ever in your LIFE. Never seen a worst run establishment IN MY LIFE. No accountability, no management skills, staff that simply do not care if this place stays open or not. No wonder they shut down! Franchise owner needed lots of fixing and were too ignorant to notice.

The Popeyes in Wesley Chapel is one of my favorites in the greater Tampa area! The food is always hot, fresh, and seasoned just right — it reminds me of the Popeyes back home in New Orleans. The staff is super friendly, and I have to give a special shout-out to the lady with the blonde hair — she always greets everyone with a smile and great energy. This location really gets it right every time!

I came down from Atlanta for the Rod Wave concert and decided to stop by this location—OMG the chicken was SO good! The flavor was on point, fresh, and hit the spot. On top of that, the night team had amazing customer service. They were super welcoming and made me feel right at home while I enjoyed some good ole chicken. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! Waited so long in the drive thru that the guy in front of me drove off. No one used any gloves at all and handled food as such. My spicy tenders were overcooked and old. Super dry and chewy. Popeyes has such great flavor but their locations are definitely not doing it justice. Horrible customer service and horrible food. What a shame.
