It had been YEARS since we’ve stepped in an Applebee’s. We decided to give it a shot and we were pleasantly surprised how decent it was.
Applebee’s actually used to be a favorite stop for us about 20 to 25 years ago and then it wasn’t so great anymore. So we were happy to have an enjoyable meal when we visited. The new sizzling steaks were pretty good & cooked to our liking and the sides were tasty too. The bonus is the $6 mucho drinks. They are tasty and won’t break the bank when you just want to enjoy a drink out. We’ve already been back quite a few times. Happy to have it back in rotation.

My friend and I went to dinner last night at Applebee’s in Lapper and our server, Dylan E. was polite, professional and attentive! He did an excellent job! My food was excellent as well! It was served just as I ordered it and my food tasted wonderful! The atmosphere was nice as well. I thought the prices were reasonable as well. It was getting busy and my friend and I were seated right near the entrance, but we could still comfortably visit without being bothered by noise. A 5 star experience for sure!

Christine was our server we asked for cheese sticks. They were cold we asked for a while done hamburger it was pink. The bathroom was filthy dirty she was going to send over the Nicole manager that didn’t happen but she did offer to send us another hamburger home with us horrible service, horrible restaurant.

It was busy and there was a little trash on the floor like napkins. But the food was good. Our server was very kind and got what we needed although it took a little longer. Wait was also about 10min which I didn’t have a problem with being the holidays.

We ‘discovered’ this place off the nearby motorway as we were looking for a chain restaurant with the usual, reliable food and presence – thank God for Google satellite view, right?
We were seated straight away and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We had the usuals we normally have in Applebee’s although I was a bit disappointed with my steak – I wish they paid attention to requests for a medium to well done steak request.
The waitress only apologised but did not offer anything in return and I ate only bits of it – hence the low mark: you eat and pay for that type steak, madam.

*Great Friendly Service *Great Prices *Fair Quality Food could be better
We really enjoyed our server and the Prices were very reasonable.
The server paid close attention to details and our food came out so fast that we didn’t even have a chance to Eat our salads.
The food wasn’t very hot but it tasted fair otherwise I’d give them 5 stars .

And trust me, that mindset shines through in the way she carries herself and serves her tables.
Jordyn has a phenomenal personality—bubbly, respectful, attentive, and full of kindness. She’s one of those rare servers where you never once have to wave her down or ask for anything twice. I went there with my girlfriend for valentine’s day. The food was pretty good. We got the classic combo which consists of chips, boneless wings, chicken quesadillas and mozzerella sticks with many different sauces. It was really good appetizer. Then we got the neighbor burger and the ribs. Food was great. However I was thirsty the entire time because our server was off gossiping with her friends at another table nearby. It was pretty dissapointing to say the least.
