They charged me wrong and I didn’t say anything but they didn’t give me my burger plain AND it had hair in it. I returned it asked for a remake. And they gave me the wrong burger. I went back to get the right burger and I wasn’t gonna return the wrong burger they had given me. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and they had given me a double. They had the audacity to give me a SINGULAR PATTY to add to the triple cheeseburger. LIKE WHAT?! Thats just insane. I returned the double and they just put that cold patty they offered me inside. Ridiculous.

This McDonalds had one person in lobby and the place was a mess! Tables filthy, trash overflowing @3:30pm, floors filthy….all while three associates, along with their manager, stood behind the counter chatting away. Don’t come here if you want a sanitary place to eat.

Very clean McDonald’s, the employees we’re very nice and helpful. It is a pretty busy location being in the middle of college town but it didn’t have any wear and tear like most near colleges.

Holy slowness! Waited 5 mins or more in the drive though with only 1 car in front of us and there was no movement so finally drove around and went inside to pick up my mobile order. When I went inside there was 1 new girl getting showed what to do by a trainer or someone and two other guys just sitting at a table… maybe /hopefully just almost their employees on break???

I’m truly surprised this place has more than 3 stars. You could get better service at a shady gas station at 3 am in downtown atlanta than this McDonald’s. I can honestly say I have never had a pleasant experience here. It is always dirty, the staff is not only rude but also incompetent. It is surprising if your order is correct. There isn’t any kind of customer service here.

The ice coffee was good, which was all I ordered. McDonald’s coffee is consistent and always good. The AC seemed to be out, because it was really hot in there. I was just getting it to go, so it didn’t bother me. Hopefully it was just a fluke. I liked that the employee I spoke with was friendly and easy to understand. Some McDonald’s (near my house) aren’t always like that. I was just visiting College Station.

Rude staff. I went through drive through to order some ice cream. I sat at the kiosk for several minutes without a response. I eventually decided to pull forward thinking that perhaps the machine was broken, however right after I started to move forward the voice through the kiosk offered to take my order. I couldn’t backup to order at the kiosk because of the cars behind me, so I decided to continue pulling forward to order at the window. I didn’t think it would be a big deal since I was just going to get 1 or 2 small items and people add/change orders at the menu all of the time. When I got to the window, the cashier refused to take my order, even though I was literally right there and explained the situation. Manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Literally wanted me to circle around the building and wait in line again for another 20 minutes for no reason. Completely stupid and a totally arbitrary waste of my time. Pretty sure there are even signs saying that “customers with disabilities should order at the window.”

I live nearby so I frequently visit this McDonald’s location. I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s and their service is typically fast during the day.
One great experience I had here was when I was waiting to pickup a mobile order inside the restaurant. The order was taking a long time but the cashier gave me a complimentary large fountain drink for the inconvenience.
