Came through the drive Drive-through I ordered three meals and asked for each meal to be cooked to order…person who took it was rushing me and did. Not out the meals as cook to order so I had to go to the first window and the lady had to change all the meals to cook to order .. got to the second window waited only 3 minutes and they handed me my food. Nothing was cooked to order everything that I gotten was re-dropped. You can definitely tell the difference between cook to order and re-drop food. This is definitely UNACCEPTABLE. Mind you it was only three car so it was not busy at all.

I went to this St. Ann location with my son and 3 of my grandchildren and ordered. This evening/night shift is waaaay different from the day/morning shift. After I asked, they told me everything was in my bags. I had a large order so I wanted to ensure I had our food. They young guys were standing there on their phones not paying attention to everything. Once I got home we were missing some of our food and 2 of my grandchildren were missing the sauces to their nuggets. My cookies were hard as if they were microwaved, one of the sandwiches were dry with nothing on them and we ordered a cheeseburger plain, ketchup only and it had pickles and onions. I called and no one answered after several calls. The morning shift is so much different. Food is right and the service is fast.

I ordered a double cheese burger for my lunch break, while I was eating i started to get a weird taste , and then I saw Mold ! On my burger !! The white stuff is mold , if they are going to server you moldy buns do Not order here this is absolutely disgusting if they are serving moldy bread their license should be taken away .

It’s a hit and miss with this location. I really believe the time of day you go to get food. My bread on any burger be tooooo toasted and tough especially on the Big Mac burger. My fries just be thrown in the bag and sometimes my soda be watered down. My toasted bread is the bigger issue, cuz if I wanted toast I would’ve made some at home or just ordered breakfast food. Also, you have to check your bag because it could be the wrong order or you don’t have all your food items. So not only that you have to worry about that but you might also have to take your food out the wrapper to check on it as well.

10 minutes to get a black coffee. Interacting with the workers is like calling a help line if you know what I mean.

Woman working the drive through kept wiping her nose on her bare hand but she kept right on dishing up the hash rounds!

I feel like if you work in an American business you should at least be able to read English. Handed me the wrong order and the ladies in there couldn’t read or speak English well enough to figure out which was the fight order.
This use to be “the good” McDonalds on the rock road now it’s equally as garbage as the other location. Dirty, poor service, long waits, and the language barrier makes it even more stressful.
They also have not been giving out the monopoly pieces.

Why give numbers to people that say “have a seat and we will bring you your food” if they are going to just plop your food on the counter and let it sit there until it’s cold? No number called, no bringing to the table… Nothing. Just cold food that I had to guess was mine. Manager or owner just walks around doing nothing, watches people struggle carrying their food and drinks (since apparently trays are not a thing here). Just go to any other McDonald’s if you want McDonald’s.

I highly recommend if you live in this area just take the time and go 4 miles east to the other McDonald’s or 2 miles West to the other McDonald’s. I’ve had a situation where the manager knew the back Burgers and fries were tasting weird because he got a lot of complaints and refused to refund our meal despite knowing the issue. I’ve ordered breakfast at 10:18 before and they told me breakfast was over and canceled my entire order right in front of me. I highly recommend not visiting this establishment. There is constantly at minimum 10 flies flying around the cooking area.

Update breakfast time, 2-7-26 This is what I paid over$3 for and was told no refunds. Lol. Scam!! It’s not even half full! Their prices increased and the oatmeal is less! What is this!? Pathetic! Run!

I reported this location to the franchise owner in the past. You should not feel threatened as a customer while ordering food!! When you order at St Ann, you get horrible service at this location. The employees are confrontational and try to argue with customers; they want to fight! Yesterday, we went through the drive thru again, unfortunately. The lobby was closed. One lane was opened and the girl was sitting down and on her cell phone. She ended up dropping my debit card and looked at me and said, “what!?” She continued to click her finger nails and making a face at me. It was strange!!
She had an attitude.
They do not give you fresh food. The workers smell of marijuana. No one tells you hello or thank you, etc. The employees need to learn how to speak, customer service skills, etc. I feel like the employees are THREATENING. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
