I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at this location. When I first walked in, the employee who took my order was smiling and interacting positively with other customers. However, when it was my turn to order, his demeanor completely changed from a smile to a frown, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable.
I was also the only brown person in the restaurant at the time, and the staff appeared to all be Hispanic. The lack of diversity was noticeable, but what concerned me more was the change in attitude when I approached the counter.
After ordering a simple meal (one burger and one animal fry), I noticed that my order number (#10) was skipped. Numbers 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 were all called before mine, even though my order was very small.
While waiting, my child needed to use the restroom. The first stall had no toilet paper and clearly had not been cleaned. We moved to a second stall that had toilet paper, but it also had not been cleaned properly and there was a feminine hygiene product left on the floor. An employee walked in shortly after and asked if there was tissue in the stall, and I told her yes, but also informed her about the product on the floor.
When we finally received our food, the burger and fries were cold. I had walked inside with my children instead of using the drive-thru, expecting a better experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing overall.

The location is very clean, well staffed, and courteous. When I came in, thr drive thru was packed, but moved quickly. Inside is no different. I waited less than 5 minutes for my order.
The menu is small, but that proves that they know what they’re doing. The fries were fresh, the burger (double double, animal style) was hot and cooked to perfection. Crispy edges and melted cheese.

Good food and quick service! The place is smaller than other in and out burgers that I’ve been too, and besides they don’t have a place where you can plug in your cell phone (charger), so you can run out of battery. Everything else is quite ok.

Stopped in the area and choose In-n-0ut for a quick bite. My husband is in a wheelchair. The staff person in the dining area saw us coming, went to the door and had it opened for us. We found a handicap table and she moved the extra chair away, wiped the tableand asked it she could do anythingelse! Great unexpected service for fast food. I ordered, the food came fast both of our burgers specialized and correctly. They we fresh, hot and delish. All the things mentioned can be expected in an In-N-Out.

Service was friendly and restaurant was very clean. My only complaint is that everything is WAY too salty. I couldn’t eat the fries because they burned my mouth from the salt. We both had the double double and it was very tasty, but once again, it was very salty.

Super busy and loud, as expected on a Saturday night. The only free table was a sticky mess, and we got trapped in our parking space by drive though customers that wouldn’t let us out… But other than that, tasty, friendly and inexpensive!
