We ordered our burgers, once they came out one of them was drowning in grease. As I finished my drink I found a hair in it. Absolutely gross. Service was amazing though.

We ordered a buy one get one free ahead of time through Uber eats and just drove in and pushed the button, gave them my name and they brought it right out. No hassle. Food was warm. Very little interaction with staff, but what we did have was pleasant. This was my first time in many many years going to sonic. Will be back. Thank you.

Drink menu is awesome, everything else is hit or miss. They almost always are using oil that’s old and you can taste it in the fried products. I used to love their tater tots and popcorn chicken bites but now I don’t even want to order them because they always taste nasty.

Two quarter pound double cheese burgers and two med fries $18 and they look just like this! Fries not filled..burgers were dry, and not made correctly I mean who forgets cheese on a double cheese..lol I mean it happens but come on..people spend higher than expected they should get what’s advertised or shown..and it rarely ever happens tbh…service is quick that was a bonus! Just wouldn’t recommend to others sadly

We stopped ordering from here about a year ago because we had ordered and the order got messed up, we called and got it “corrected” but it was still wrong, so we called them and they comp’d us a meal for later. We used that comp about a month later and it was still wrong. Got it comp’d again for a later time and when we finally ordered again it took a manager to make it for it to be right on the 3rd try.
Ok getting to today now. We decided to try them again. Ordered online, picked up order got back to work and order was wrong. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, the person on the phone said I’m a manager so I told him what was wrong about the burger (it was missing bacon that I was charged 89 cents for) and that we didn’t get our sauces that we put in during our online order, online it says no charge for sauces. The fries was cold as well but I didn’t get to say that and online it says it comes with groovy sauce which I did not get. He goes on to tell me that they can remake the burger or comp it for another time but as far as the sauces go he said even if it’s on the order they don’t add em in because they charge for it and online it shows up as free of charge. I stopped him and said ok how would we know that. If we put it in our order how would we know that you won’t include them due to there being a fee. He says we are a franchise and I stopped him there and said I understand that but how would we know that the sauces/condiments we put on our order won’t be included. Why didn’t the worker giving us our meal mention that. I also told him we have no problem in paying for it. His tone changed and he got short with me. Repeated himself and said we can pick up our burger another day and again as for the sauces we’re not jus going to add them to the bag. So now I have to endure another meal and hope it’s not messed up again. So I paid for bacon thatni didn’t get and we didn’t get condiments because there is a charge for them which if I was told that I would’ve paid for them. Help me make that make sense tho.

Workers have attitudes like they hate their job. Speaker person (woman) do not have any customer service skills at all. I had tap pay and the hopper got snotty with me because I was trying to explain my situation. She kept saying we don’t have apple pay.

Would give zero stars if it were an option.
We took a year break from visiting this Sonic due to terrible food. Figured we would give it another try today… waste of $20 as expected. Food was over cooked and disgusting. It all tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil and was made long before we arrived. The counters you could see from the window were gross and covered in tator tots and other food pieces. Loose dirty spoons on floor and cutting board area…
Will not be back.

Do not have photos of the rest of the food as it was in the garbage before I had a chance.

I waited 25+ minutes for my order to be taken, and they still did not take it. I ended up leaving without getting any food. I have never had a fast experience at this sonic, whether it is in the stalls or drive through. If I decide to wait outside- then there is no way i’m getting my order. It’s like the workers ignore the outdoor kiosks completely! I’d review the food if my order was taken…
