Stopped in for a couple happy hour drinks and appetizers. I was not only pleased with the prices, but the drinks were great as well. I don’t remember the exact name, something “Horse” with bourbon. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The music was too loud, more suitable for a disco vs a dinner. The manager, Natalie sat us on the patio and made us comfortable despite the cold weather and kept checking on us. On a previous occasion we visited she was also very helpful and made sure our soups were warmed up. In general the food and soups are not as hot as we would like but we still go back bc we like the food and the great service.
Thank you!

We had a great experience with our server, JOJO. She was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of style:) Even though we were a big group and she was handling other tables as well, she checked in on us often and made sure our drinks were always full.

When it was time to leave, we had plenty of leftovers, and JOJO took care of packing everything up so it was ready to go. She made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out! We also want to mention that the manager was very nice and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. 5 out of 5 service!

This restaurant is located right across from the Embassy Suites Hotel< and thus is very convenient for hotel guests. As with most PF Chang's locations, the food is decent in terms of portions and quality. I always love their varied gluten-free options. I had no problem finding a table on a Wednesday night. Service was rather slow but not too bad. Overall, I had a great experience and would visit again.

It’s a nice restaurant, with a. Lot of seating both inside and outside. The service is ok, fast during lunch if you sit at the bar. The food can be better, the flavor use to be better a few years ago. The flavor has changed.

First time here after hearing so much about it, but sad to say the food did not live up to expectations. The service was great, as well as the atmosphere. They have fun themed drinks for Freakier Friday however the food was rather bland.

To start, we got the Dynamite shrimp which came with this fun textured puffed rice and the Rising Dragon Margarita. Those were by far my favorite things we got.

For the entrees, we got the Crispy Honey Chicken & Mongolian Beef with fried rice. The chicken and rice weren’t very flavorful, and the beef was kind of salty. A bit disappointing.

Lastly, we got the key lime pie to share for dessert but were surprised by how small it is for the price! Overall food was a 3/5 and we most likely will not be returning.

We got to our hotel next door pretty late, and after traveling we wanted a cocktail and a snack. We got to the restaurant around 10 because it said they close at 11. We sat at the bar to get some quick service. The bar, chairs and menus all needed to be wiped down. Everything was dirty. The bartender did not give us water and we had to ask multiple times. The food did come out quickly, and was tasty but the service was not great. There were only 2 tables with people and we were the only ones at the bar. I get that it was late and people wanted to go home, but they still had an hour before closing. It’s disappointing because I remember PF Changs being more attentive, but possibly it’s a management issue

PF Changs is a large chain, doling out almost the same stuff across it franchisees. I like the Buddha Bowl with Noodles. Edmame is great too.

La Jolla location

I can’t believe how much the quality of the food went down. The shrimp were barely an inch wide and nothing we ordered tasted remotely decent. ANY frozen box dinner would have tasted better than what was served. I’m not going to list what we ordered but it was basically their biggest hits. Even the lettuce chicken tacos were horrible. The service and establishment itself however was on point as expected. Dessert was good too but nobody goes to Changs for dessert.

Supper sad

We had the lunch special that started at $14.99. I ordered the veggie spring roll and Mongolian beef with white rice. My husband had the veggie spring roll with the sesame chicken. I didn’t like the spring roll. The cabbage tastes weird. The Mongolian beef was just OK; it’s too sweet for me. They also gave very little amount for rice. My husband likes his sesame chicken. Overall, I would not get the lunch special again.
