You won’t believe the amazing experience I had at this place! The spicy chicken sandwich was bursting with flavor, and even though it was a bit dry, it was still one of the best I’ve ever had. And let me tell you, the hand-cut fries are out of this world – they’re hands down the best in the area! I highly recommend you try this place because it’s totally worth it. You won’t be disappointed!

Got the food to go but I dont live far! BBQ chicken sandwich was cold and there was SO much BBQ sauce it slid around and fell apart. There isnt even that much sauce on ribs. I ordered 3 cheese fries and the containers of fries were half full with the cheese tub stuffed into each container. It crushed the whole 10 fries in each container. Literally a mouth full of fries. It was comical. The fries were also cold. Not even warm or room temp. Cold. Got a mushroom Swiss burger but got no mushrooms. That was weird. The whole experience was a major disappointment and not even nice to eat. Half the food was totally wasted which I hate doing! Sad. Won’t be back.

Nice shoestring fries and burger. This restaurant shares premises with two other ‘storefront’ restaurants. ‘Oberweis ice Cream’ & ‘Woodgrain Pizzeria’. Great concept as you may be able to please more people in your group. Even if it’s a tiny group, tastes can vary a lot. Boasts one large dining area with tall ceiling and windows. We conveniently ordered a sampling from all 3 at one register.

Not liking how everyone is still asking for tips. Im a good tipper but don’t make me feel like I have to give you one when you have did nothing out of what your job requires. The gentleman who brought me my burger was pleasant curtious and with a smile. the guy at the desk was just there cause that’s where they told him to go. But I still hit that damn tip button

Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and family friendly. The kids enjoyed their basic single burgers and the fries were delicious. That said, beware that the specialty burgers are not what you’d expect. While I don’t expect the food to look like the staged photos, the disconnect here was startling. Served on a very tasty bun, the beef was cooked past well done and the toppings were applied with Burger King level care (this is not a compliment.). Any amount of care applied here would make this a 4-5 star rating.
I think we can give it another go, but we will stick with most basic burger next time to see if they can hit a bullseye on the basics.

Great ice cream, good burgers and pizza in one restaurant. I liked the idea. Food was good, service friendly. Very nice seating inside [although closed for now] and outside. There is a huge kids play zone outside that is a nice feature! Overall, we liked the concept and we’ll be back!

This review pains me to write. I loved this place. I became a “regular,” as it were. I’m disgusted about my experience. Like my girlfriend Molly mentioned below, she found hair in her Beyond Patty Melt. See the photos. She literally bit into it only to have the hair in her mouth while chewing it.
FYI, I have shorter brown hair while she has long blonde hair. There’s NO WAY it could have been either of us so don’t even think about accusing us of misleading.
Anyways, so, random Google User, when you’re looking for a place to eat, do NOT eat here unless you want the employees’ hair in your ice cream, pizza, or food. Again it pains me to write this review as we absolutely adored this place because we finally found a vegetarian spot for Molly, only to have been grossed out.
We will never return. Honestly management should be ashamed. Maybe there should be a health inspection at this location. I work in the food and service industry, so I might give the Kane County Health Department a call just so they can make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again.
