We’ve just had a takeaway meal from Chutney Jacks. Both meals arrived hot and within 35 mins of ordering online. The meals were very tasty and flavourful and all the meats in mine were very tender. Once again we’ve experienced a great takeaway from a great local restaurant. Definitely not junk food. Well done.

Having tried all the takeaways that deliver to Steeple Claydon as we love our Indian food and this is by far the best. The food is consistently good, well spiced, can really tell they take pride in their dishes and not one of these places that uses the same bland base in every dish.

Worth suffering anaphylaxis for!
(Curry was amazing the side effects not so much!) Turns out I had an unknown allergy but what a pleasant way to find out. Genuinely amazing food, lovely staff and very quick.
Would recommend!

I’ve been told by many people to try Chutney Jacks but always lived in Aylesbury and we are spoilt for Indian restaurants. Now I live in Whitchurch il closer to Chutney Jacks, so we has a takeaway last night and my god we certainly weren’t disappointed I would go far to say that it was probably one of the nicest Indians I’ve ever had the flavours were on point the nan bread was massive and soft and the onion bhajis were to die for and it wasn’t greasy in the slightest. Highly recommend 5 star thank you guys

Truly revolting meal. So disappointed. The two main dishes, a tikka masala and a korma, were absolutely awful. The photo here is what we found on opening our dishes; a thick sauce heavily flavoured with coconut and with very little chicken.

Delivery service was excellent. Starters side dishes rice & breads were also excellent. Of the 3 curries we ordered one was 10/10, one was 6/10 and the other was 4/10. Of course this could be our personal taste and what we are used to. We would still happily recommend Chutney Jacks and will be ordering again, however know what to choose for the next time.

Ordered a curry last night and omg! It’s out of this world as usual. Piping hot, delicious flavours and huge portions. No wonder they have won awards. The best curry ever! I couldn’t eat it all as there was so much. Delicious. 10/10

Food is always excellent. It arrives fresh and hot and portion sizes are big. Lamb Dhansak is fantastic with loads of meat.
Not a criticism at all but if you want poppadoms then order them as they don’t come complimentary. However the prices are very good considering the portion sizes and quality of food.

We ordered for the 1st time last night and all night have had a bad tummy. I normally get this from old rice. We did order a rice dish and 2 vegetarian dishes and naans.
Being of Indian origin, this food is not authentic Indian in any way at all!! Found the paneer tasteless and nothing like what it should be. We also ordered garlic naan but could not taste any garlic on them. Totally rippling off locals who think they are getting quality Indian food, when it’s nothing like good Indian food!!
This owner seems to always bite back when you are unsatisfied, instead of being humble. I was expecting a nasty reply back, which I got, even though I have had intense cramps all night. Trust me it was not due to the spice levels as there was no flavour.
I have been too plenty of tandoori restaurants and this is by far the worst. Please except customer reviews respectfully , that’s what reviews are meant for!!
I don’t normally write reviews, especially if bad as everyone has different experiences, but when I get ill after a meal that i did not enjo, I believe a review is justified!
