The food is good and it is definitely a great price. The employees are friendly and the service is always fast. The sad thing is the nastiness of the restaurant. The floor was greasy and hard to walk on, tables were dirty, the trash cans were full and only one drink machine had ice and neither one had carbonation do our drinks were flat. My belief is if a restaurant doesn’t care enough to clean what customers can see why would they care to clean what we can’t see such as the kitchen. I just expected more of a major chain restaurant.

Great value, and I used to love this place as a cheap and quick burger option… but since they’ve started including free black mold with every soft drink im not sure I’ll be returning. If this is what the customer can see I’d hate to know what the kitchen looks like.

Fire the drive thru cashier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does she have a job in customer service??????????? Edit: terrible experience four times in a row now. The night time cashier with the dyed red hair is so RUDE for no reason. They have messed my order up the past three times. It’s always the same lady placing the order and she’s always rude when I come back inside to have it fixed. Tonight I told her I wasn’t dealing with her crap and left without finishing placing my order. Good job! What an asset you are!
Seriously, the best fast food burger and chili cheese fries you can get, I get them Cajun style! The chili is spicy and it’s always steaming hot. I usually pair it with a corn dog or Walking Taco as my second side. I got the Coke Float today. Can’t beat the value here!!! Their Sweet Tea is always top notch!

Didn’t get to eat here.went in on February 18th it was a Wednesday around 7:30 pm i stood at the register for 7 minutes, yes I timed it after the 1st employee looked at me. A total of 3 employees made eye contact and all looked away like they had stolen something. Not one said I will be right with you. 1st time visitor last time trying. No need for you all to reply or try to explain. There is no explanation for the lack of effort.

I couldn’t really hear at the drive thru mic and what they want me to do. Apparently, they were saying something about telling me to stay by the drive through mic. Simple mistake on my part, because I thought they were telling me to drive up. I get to the front, and it’s not my order. I tell the cashier that it’s not my order. The cashier, Kaliyah, tells me with a lot of attitude that I was supposed to stay by the menu. If you think i heard that I would have moved up? It’s not my problem that you guys have a crappy mic that I can barely understand. But it is your problem when you have that kind of attitude with the customer who makes a simple mistake.

Went the night of the UGA v Ole Miss game. The workers had the BEST ATTITUDE! Two brothers and shorter blonde lady served us- everyone was on a different level though. Made our night! Food is good as always.

Don’t go here. Go anywhere else for your own sake. They really screwed up my drive thru order. Worst part of it all, they refused to give me a receipt. When I asked for one they told me “it didn’t print one” and stared at me like I was stupid and when I asked her what she meant by that she said “don’t worry, it’s all in there.” It might have all been there, but half of it wasn’t what I ordered at all. Like I don’t know how you give me a sweet tea instead of a coke, the other drink size was wrong. They gave me the wrong type of wrap and quesadilla. The only thing they didn’t screw up was the fries.
It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed all of their mistakes, but as soon as I did I tried to call and complain. I sat on a dial tone for 10 minutes and then it just disconnected me. Save your money and your sanity and never go here.

This is my favorite cook out! They have never disappointed me. It’s almost like it’s too good to be true. The food is always hot. The restaurant is clean and I love the music obviously!!!! Keep up the good work.
