Today I stopped by Panda Express for a quick bite and chose to dine inside. Overall, the service was good until an interaction I had as I was leaving.
I needed to use the restroom, which requires a code. I asked an employee, who I later learned was named John and appeared to be a manager, for assistance. He asked me, somewhat abruptly, if I was a customer. I replied that I was, pointed out where I had been sitting, and mentioned that I had been dining near the soda machine where he had been working. He responded by saying he does not remember faces.
While I understand that the restaurant was busy and there was a high volume of customers, the tone and manner in which this was handled felt dismissive and unnecessary. As a paying customer, I simply expected a courteous and professional response. Instead, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Customer service, especially from leadership staff, should reflect patience and respect. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions so all guests feel valued and treated with courtesy

My family eats here atleast 2 times a week because it’s close by and I have cancer so it’s easier on me. Last night was the worst I think anyone working in this industry has ever behaved. The manager JON who on the phone call to the store wasn’t there mysteriously appeared. I introduced myself and said I have a real problem being hung up on by your team supervisor. He said well she can do whatever she wants. I said really? Good to know. As I was leaving I heard him yell out to the 4 customers in line I will not be threatened by anyone. I laughed. All of this because his team supervisor was a rude 5 year old on the phone when I called because the delivery guy didn’t deliver our order. It could have been easily handled. Then Jon has the audacity to call my son who placed the order and say he was threatened but he apologizes for the problems and he can pick up the order at the store. Think he knows corporate gets a call in the morning? WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH,, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDEST BEHAVIOR EVER. Especially the manage, r JONs outburst as I was leaving. Childish tempertantrum.

Gave me old and nasty food. Went back to try to get a new and different plate but instead they just gave me a box of chomien. It looked old and rotten and the girls there didn’t wanna help me and gave me attitude. Don’t go there.

Usually, I come into this store and order my food and the service is okay most of the time but that’s not what I’m there for. Tonight, I happen to be super exhausted from work and decided to go through the drive through. I waited for at least about 5 minutes with no response, terrible. I drove up to the drive through window to see 3 employees talking and laughing, and who knows, it may have been about work which is fine, but I received no eye contact even from the nearest employee to the window. It’s like I was completely invisible and It felt so embarrassing as cars were lining up behind me. I don’t think I will be ever coming here again.

Slowest panda I’ve ever been to. Quality and portions are horrible as well. Drinks sit at room temp on the counter on the daily. Always waiting 15+mins on food.

This is already the third time that they have given me little food on the plates. I asked them if I could have extra sauce and they said no that it was already in the bag, only two sauces came out and that bothered me much more. The the family meal is not the same anymore 🙁

This particular location must have changed staff as to the quality and portions, aside from everything being cooked/drenched with old/used oil and lots of soy sauce the orange chicken was old overly RE-cooked to the point some pieces were hard, dried out, and inedible. Order of Firecracker Chicken was all of 3 greasy gristly pieces of what was most certainly not chicken breast. The veggies looked amazing , however the old cooking oil mixed with soy sauce flavor was overpowering. This was the 3rd time , was hoping they’d redeem themselves… hence the 1star
