Husband made an online order to be delivered at 730p…order didn’t show up. I called about 840p and was told there was a system error and they’ll have the order here in about 25-30mins. The pizza was COLD, not cooled off a little, but cold and dry like it had been sitting for an hour and a half. There was no apology or anything when I called at 840p. Not even a Goodbye at the end of the call after I THANKED THEM for finally sending our order out. Mistakes happen, and I was more than polite and understanding. So to be dismissed like I was annoying for calling is wild.

I ordered a specialty pizza with an additional 1 topping 33.00 total it seemed like a good deal. The pizza was delivered piping hot cut all the way through. Driver was professional and polite….. But the actual pizza was trash literally both were dry meaning veeeery little pizza sauce I ordered a veggie pizza the veggies were also dried out I could not tell what veggies was on the pizzas. We like to order large pizzas and store them in fridge freezer then warm in the oven add a bit more cheese and have lunches throughout the week. Not possible with this pizza. I hate to complain and I also hate to say negative things bout businesses. I understand it affects the bottom line but please take every customer s money serious and give them the superior value you are capable of and we expect.

Absolutely delicious and healthy!! A large pizza is what I order half veggies, half sausage. Yum-Yum. I also love the specials price on a large one topping pizza

I love the bubbly crust. This last time the crust was dry and not as soft. I think Papa John’s has gone cheaper with there crust, but to be fair I don’t get to eat here often cause I have to travel far to get it. That’s my other complaint, I have to drive 45 minutes to get a pizza.

They have great pizza with quality ingredients. They are very quick here. The dough is thick and fluffy, but they also serve a thin-style crust. Jalapeno popper rolls are tasty and their chicken wings are decent: buffalo, bbq, honey chipotle, or unsauced. I have not tried their “papadias”, which is basically a foldover. They do look delicious, offering five styles: grilled buffalo chicken, Italian, bbq chicken bacon, or philly cheesesteak, or meatball pepperoni. All three desserts are not bad actually: cinnamon pull aparts, chocolate chip cookie, or chocolate chip brownie.

Just spoke with the manager and she was incredibly rude and argued with me relentlessly and at the end of the conversation she was yelling at me and wouldn’t let me speak then she hung up on me. I was not rude to her at all she just wanted to keep arguing instead of working with me on figuring out what happened to my drivers tip and 2 extra sauce cups I ordered. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.

The past handful of times I have ordered from here, the food is done in a timely manner and tastes great! All staff members who i have interacted with were very polite and pleasant. My order is always correct and the food tastes fresh. Its one of our go to local pizza places. The parking can be hard with limited spaces but I’ve not had any issues with it so far. I always order online and the prices are great
