Never. Ever. Again.
We paid $65 to feed our trashcan and we want a refund!

We never tried P.F. Chang’s before…and as I understand now, it probably wasn’t the best idea to try them for the first time on Christmas Eve, but that’s what we did. Specifically, we ordered for take-out and drove to get our food.

Their menu sounded and looked appetizing and the internet raved about their food and portions. I specifically googled if “P.F. Chang’s dinner special is big enough for two”, and the overall consensus was that dinner special portions were not only generous, but often result in left-overs. Great! We ordered the salmon dinner special, hot & sour and egg drop soups, steamed dumplings, and a side order of white rice.

When I drove up to the restaurant the parking lot was packed and it was difficult to find an empty spot. The foyer was filled to the brim with people waiting to get seated. Overall, these tend to be good signs for a restaurant and its reputation.

While waiting, I observed servers rushing in and out of the kitchen with various dishes. The sizes of the dishes looked more than generous and emitted delicious smells. But I also observed unhappy customers waiting for their food to arrive. A man approached a manager and complained that he and his family had been waiting for 40minutes for their appetizers. The manager apologized for the wait and disappeared into the kitchen. Another customer who was waiting to pick-up her food, discovered that an item she ordered was not placed in her take-out bag.
I understand that Christmas Eve is a very busy and hectic time for any restaurant, but this is not a valid excuse for such sloppy service. Any professional restaurant can handle the holiday rush.

At last, I received my order, checked to make sure that all items were there, and drove home. Everything was well-packaged in case of leaks or spillage. But the portions were Laughable. The salmon dinner special was One Thin piece of salmon with a portion barely enough for a child! The salmon was undercooked, rubbery, and left a very strong bitter, fishy aftertaste that lingered in the mouth. The steamed dumplings were rubbery, overcooked, lacking any flavor, and chewy! I felt like my dog when she chews a rubber toy! The egg drop soup was brown – I’ve never seen a brown egg drop soup – and had a very bland flavor and mysterious ingredients swimming in it. The hot and sour soup was way too spicy and inedible, even for someone who enjoys spicy foods.
The only thing that was edible in the entire $65 meal was the side order of rice! We trashed out everything.

I’m disappointed and amazed that P.F. Chang’s is able to stay in business and be as busy as they were on that night. The online reviews must be AI generated. And the price tag of $65 just to feed our trashcan is outrageous. I will Never again return to P.F. Chang’s nor recommend it to anyone.

I had a great dining experience at P.F. Chang’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a perfect balance of seasoning and texture. Every dish I tried was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course. What made the experience even better was the service—the waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful , making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back for another meal soon!

We had such a great experience thanks to our server – Mayah! From the moment we sat down, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They knew the menu inside and out, made excellent recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing.

Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfectly timed, and everything was handled with such professionalism and a positive attitude. You can tell they truly care about giving guests a great experience.

Exceptional service like that makes all the difference — we’ll definitely be back and hope to be in their section again!

We frequent this location a lot and tonight we had the best experience we’ve had to date! This is all thanks to Sabrina, our incredible waitress! She was attentive, informative, and so personable, she truly went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal! We will of course be back again, but the next time, it will be to request her!

The only thing better than the food on this particular visit was the service! Our server (cannot remember his name, sadly – correction, his name was Bobby!) was amazing. Definitely went the extra mile to ensure my wife (who is vegan) would have plenty of options for dinner. The server consulted with the chef to figure out which meals could be tailored for her. Incredible visit overall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely phenomenal experience at P.F. Chang’s! From start to finish, everything was spot-on, and we have to give a huge shout-out to Lorrie, hands down the best waitress ever. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better.

We ordered the Chocolate Wall of China, the lunch special with Mongolian beef and egg drop soup, plus the classic Chang’s Lettuce Wraps—and wow. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, one of the best meals we’ve had here.

Great food, amazing service, and a perfect lunch experience. We’ll definitely be back—ask for Lorrie if you can!

Had a very disappointing Valentine’s Day experience. We booked a week in advance for 515. We did not get seated until after 630. The hostess stand was not transparent about the situation. The whole situation for many, many paying customers could have been avoided had they been transparent about their delays.
The waiter told us congratulations for making it past the first obstacle, here’s the next – the kitchen is very slow.
We sat for 2 hours before we received all our food. We ordered the $89 valentines 5-course meal and 3 drinks a piece which was not cheap for this type of service. The food was not good – taste and texture was not right, courses came out out of order (first course arrived after dessert). The drinks were inconsistent but at least they were strong to get us through. The waiter was doing his best but we barely got to speak to him. Other tables were getting vouchers, we got nothing but a huge bill.
We will never go back to any PF Changes after this experience.
