I like doughnuts, and I have been told by others to try them. Usually, if I want doughnuts, either I go to Jack’s Donuts, or make the trip to Oxford for Dunkin. I found they have an app, which I put on my phone, and placed on my phone. I was told they are pricey, which they are, but I signed up for the rewards program and got $5 off my order. I ordered the Half Dozen Fan Favorites and the 10 pc Minis. The Fan Favorites taste good, but they have a lot of calories, and they don’t let you pick out what you want in the box. The Minis are also good, but they are bigger than the Munchkins from Dunkin, and because of that, they also have a lot of calories. Again, they don’t let you pick out what you want in the box. All of what I got was delicious, but I probably won’t be getting from them as often as I do from the other doughnut places. If they had lower calorie doughnuts and the prices went down, I might reconsider.

We all love Parlor Doughnuts. Any time I am near there I always stop and bring some home too! Everything including the drinks are amazing! It is a must try place and I highly recommend them!

BEST DOUGHNUTS EVER!!! We drove from Englewood, OH to Richmond just to visit Parlor DOUGHNUTS.
These DOUGHNUTS have a crisp outer and a fluffy inner. The toppings are perfect- no matter which one you pick.
The service is outstanding from every single team member. Their coffee is perfection per cup as well.
I highly recommend a visit!! Until they open up shop in the Dayton area, we will be making the journey for the best doughnut ever to be created!!♡♡♡

The server was very helpful. The store is cute and they have cute swag. I got the French toast donut and a box of mixed minis. They’re not a normal donut and hard to describe, but they’re delicious. I also enjoyed the mixed minis – some were filled.

UPDATE : DISAPPOINTING, originally this place was awesome! Now it’s annoying. They are often out of doughnuts and they almost NEVER get my drink order correct. I love the better options they have but the drinks are way too expensive to be getting them wrong. In addition outside of the black man and maybe Hispanic girl, the rest of the staff is RUDE, they act as if I am bothering them by coming to the restaurant.
Found this place while Door Dashing and had to try for myself. The young man at the counter was extremely polite and very helpful. The donuts did not disappoint, everything we had was delicious!! I am excited to try some coffee next time.

Every donut looks like a work of art! Got the maple, bacon glazed donut, and it was real, cooked bacon, crunchy donut on the outside, soft and perfect on the inside. I’m gonna go here every time I’m in Richmond!

Decided to check out the newest doughnut shop in Richmond, Indiana. We stopped in about 6:00 pm on a Wednesday and had to wait in line outside of the restaurant, it was only about a 15 minute wait. Since it was so late in the day, most of the top seller doughnuts were gone. We ordered 4 doughnuts and a small spinach/egg sandwich. The doughnuts were delicious, and the sandwich was okay, nothing to brag about, but not bad. The shop is clean, and the service was great. Due to the prices, we probably won’t return on a regular basis, but it’s a really cool place to at least try for the delicious doughnuts.

We are Parlor Doughnut fans, but I wouldn’t return to this location. We were greeted with a mostly empty doughnut case when we arrived, and I know from other locations they always say that they can easily make other flavors in the back (since the base is the same), but when I asked, she said with an attitude that this is what they have for me to buy, but if there’s something else I’m insisting on then they would have to make it. Don’t make your customers feel guilty for wanting to support your business. I shouldn’t care more about a local business than an employee does. Based on the attitude we decided to make our stop there as quick as possible so we bought some of the remaining doughnuts and left. I would understand if it were close to closing time, but when we came in, there was still 90 minutes till closing. Not a smart move from an economic standpoint. Maybe younger employees need to learn how business works. I just know we’d never return here, and in the future when I see other reviews about rude employees, I should listen.
