I pulled up with an online order meaning I already ordered my food long before I was ready to receive it. I pulled through the drive-thru got my receipt I was asked to pull forward they were bringing it out. Nearly an hour later after I finally received my food. Half of the staff was inside sitting down playing on their phones in the lobby. One of the ladies even clocked out for lunch break and went to order her food while there was only one person available to take food to cars outside. In the world I come from she could have assisted whenever they were in need of extra help. They had more than enough employees in there to operate the store without any issues. The problem is just because someone has a job doesn’t mean they are the right person doing it. That place is a complete disaster. I feel really bad for the manager and especially that poor lady that was running food out to cars because there was some very ugly people out there and it wasn’t her fault she was just doing the best she could. If they don’t fix that soon I’m sure they’ll end up getting shut down.

Blonde older lady in the drive thru is rude and snippy, caught an attitude when I drove past the pay window (I had a mobile order and have never had to stop there at other McDonalds) and then made a comment about me to driver behind me, I guess not thinking I could hear her? Was great the first time I went but this is literally the second time & wont be going back.

I love McDonald’s food, but this location has to be the most unsanitary McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the three years I’ve lived here not only have I found Hair in my food multiple times, but tonight was the last strand When pulling up to the drive-through window I was handed my bag of food, which was supposed to contain two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. I checked it because the bag felt like and there was no chicken sandwiches in it I tapped on the window to let the person know and they said that I was wrong and they needed to see the receipt. I gave them the receipt. They still Didn’t believe me for some reason so the manager came up to the window and told me I’m gonna need The two burgers back they belong to the car behind you. I replied you guys aren’t supposed to take food back once it’s already in the car, especially and give it to someone else. Why can’t I just get the two chicken sandwiches? She said I cannot give you your chicken sandwiches unless you give us the bag so I gave them the bag and they proceeded to give it to the car behind us which they are not supposed to do When I got my stuff home, I noticed that the chicken sandwiches were poorly made with extra extra mayonnaise, looking like someone did that it deliberately And they were wrapped poorly, fell in the bag Yeah.

Did a mobile order, waited at the stall for over 20 minutes. They finally brought it out, but brought no drinks. I waited since it was a big order, but they didn’t come back. After a few minutes I pulled into the drive-thru and let them know. I was told “yeah, they are right here if you want to come in and get them”. Why not just give me them through the window? Got home, missing items, my fault as well because I forgot about them, also got someone elses burger because it was plain (ordered the same one just a slight modification though). Not a big fan of this location. I believe it was a manager that gave me my drinks when I went in to get them, she was the only good part of the whole chain of events. She was nice and apologized for the trouble.

I Ordered a Deluxe spicy McCrispy sandwich and when I opened it, I noticed there were no tomatoes. If I would have known I wasn’t going to receive tomatoes I would have ordered the regular spicy McCrispy sandwich instead of paying extra for the tomatoes.

McDonald’s food is great but this location is ran horribly and wait time is too long. Always pulls you up even for the smallest of orders. Orders are mostly wrong each time plus sauces are never put in the bag always got to ask. 2/10

I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds and this one is excellent! The staff are very friendly and actually care about serving their customers. The dine-in experience was surprisingly good. The staff greet guests as they enter, bring the food out to tables, ask guests how they’re liking the food, and even offer refills to drinks. I’ve also overheard the conversations of the staff in the background and they clearly have a positive work environment and good communication. This location really surprised me!

OH MY GOD!!!! that is the first McDonald’s I have visited that I was treated as a true welcomed customer. We was greated as we walked in, order right away, we ate in, we was asked to seat ourselves. Our order was brought to us and was handed to the correct person.
Food was hot, coffee fresh, this is a phenomenal McDonald’s…a must stop if you want McDonald’s off I 44.

Done going to this McDonald’s will be driving to Rolla because everytime going there they have either messed up an order, forgot an order, or taken forever to give us our order. Tried calling multiple times no answer. We went to get a double cheeseburger and they gave us a single patty. Last time they forgot an iced coffee and we were already halfway home so we didn’t mess with it. We’ve maybe had 1 good experience where they didn’t forget something or not get it right but it’s honestly ridiculous lol.
