This was my first visit to the University location in Tuscaloosa. The vibe was everything- music was playing at a reasonable volume. My sandwich was fantastic! And the service was great! Kanil was so friendly and accurate with my order! I hope this location trains more employees like him!

Today was their grand opening (May 26th). I just moved here from out of state & we had one there that me and my kids would attend once a week atleast. So I’m pretty excited. Today was pretty busy but they moved fast and made orders correctly. They even informed me that I got a free sub today due to how many points I have accumulated. Customer service was great! Food was great but customer service around 11pm on 3/26/25 was just not it. Guy at register looks like he hated his job and was miserable. He had no emotions on his face and that caused me to rush my order especially after someone at the drive thru came he started being condescending asking us the same questions after we already answered. My fault for letting his rudeness rush me and my order yes but he shouldn’t work there if he hates it that much.

I was in no hurry to eat the veggie sub sandwich, I had ordered a hot one, and ate that one first. Today, I decided to eat the cold one which was suppose to have been a vegetable sub but, what you see in the photo is what I received, bell pepper and provolone.
