Our food was absolutely amazing my husband had the 4lb lobster and it was perfect in every way… But the reason we love this place is because of the kindest most pleasant waitress named Alexis. We could have the worst food possible and would still give 5 stars because of her spectacular service. They do not make people like her anymore and just her presence can turn around any negative day you have had! We will continue to come here because of the wonderful food but having Alexis as our waitress will always be our request!

It’s hard to find delicious crab here in Pa. However we took a chance at Red Lobster and were pleasantly surprised!

She was very attentive. she brought us our refills without being asked and checked in twice to be sure we didn’t need anything else. she welcomed us with a warm smile, and made us feel like she was genuinely happy to wait on us. Excellent, friendly service from Sara B. We were there with a large party of 14 including kids and she remember everything. She and another server kindly brought refills before we asked. Everything that came out of the kitchen was prepared as ordered. I felt like all our needs were anticipated and provided happily. Everyone was very nice to us even as a large party with lots of needs.
