We started going to this subway because the owners are sooo nice and and the sandwiches just taste better and are made better here! The smiles we are greeted with when we walk in is amazing!
We will definitely keep coming back for more subs and more conversations!

they always make my sandwich perfect, and one day i forget my wallet so they let me pay with quarters, i felt so bad but they were very nice about it. its hard for me to understand their accent but they are very patient when it comes to me ordering. they don’t accept cash anymore but that is okay (:

The new owner of this subway has refused repeatedly to remake sandwiches that were originally made incorrectly. My wife and I have used this subway for many years and after today I encourage everyone to be aware of his no remake policy. I have also reached out to Subway Corporate center to address this continues issue. This Sub sandwich in the photo was supposed to have only red onions meat and hot honey sauce and it clearly has many other additional topping! Also something white and fuzzy was one of the tomato pieces which appeared to be mold. Please be cautious when ordering and eating here.

I had a really poor experience. First, the man making the subs never greeted us when we entered the store. A simple, “Hello!” would go a long way. When making our sandwich, he put on the bare minimum toppings and we needed to request more of just about everything in order to get even a reasonable amount. The worst part, however, was that they prevented me from getting a refill on my beverage. They’ll gladly sell you the large beverage, but they won’t let you refill it. There are no signs or any other indications that a customer is not allowed multiple refills. When you attempt to get one, the employees will speak assertively towards you that it is not allowed. Really poor experience overall and really bad customer service. I will not be back.

I went in and ordered 3 foot long subs. After they got mine started, another person came in and ordered one. While I totally respect quick service, I felt completely RUSHED. The man who started the subs was nice. The girl who put the toppings on would say, “And?” immediately after I would say one. And she put hardly any of the toppings on the sub. I had planned to get sodas and a couple of other things, but feeling as rushed as I did, I guess I just needed to get out of there. I definitely won’t be back there. I wouldn’t have minded if they let the man behind me go ahead. I didn’t even remember to get a couple of toppings on one of the subs because of this.

Was told they don’t accept cash before Labor Day. Who does this? He made up for it because he had to chase my friend out of the store who was very angry. Then all of a sudden he could take cash? Huh. Asked for two 5s instead of a 10 with a tip it off can’t do that.

Walked in and my husband ordered a cold cut foot long. The guy made it with only 2 meats initially. When my husband spoke up about the ham being missing the guy argued with him and showed him the gross piece of processed ham he used instead of the normal ham. We bought 3 footlongs and the guy also stated that since we were using a coupon “it’s half meat and less veggies”. He happened to see the coupon in my hand! My daughter ordered chicken with lettuce and jalapeños. The guy added mayo. He refused to make a new sandwich and yet proceeded to wipe it off and say “good enough”. He was rude and disrespectful. I also notice that the nice lady employee that used to work there is no longer working. He was extremely rude to her in front of me once and I’m guessing she had enough which was sad, I went to that subway because she was awesome. We will never be back to this subway again. We used to go at least once a week until he took over and because of him we backed off. But today was the last straw. No more!

Ever since the new owners took over, the place this place went downhill. They don’t speak English very well. They don’t understand how to make subway sandwiches. They are always there and I hardly see my regular people. The guy alone doesn’t understand that you need 8 slices of cheese on sandwiches not 4. I’ve had to tell him the last 2 times I went in there 8 slices not 4. It’s clearly on the menu. This subway has gone downhill ever since they took over.
I will not be going to this subway anymore. Sorry to all the decent, English speaking employees who do a great job. Your new bosses are going to be the downfall of your store.

Ordered multiple sandwiches and a protein bowl to go . Salad was only half full and had maybe a dozen leaves of spinach, when I asked for all spinach no lettuce. footlong sandwiches contained about half the amount of ingredients that u get at any other subway.
Called to find a resolution, was told I could come back(not happening) and they would add more ingredients. They absolutely refused to offer a refund or even a website credit. I will never be ordering from this subway again.
