I eat one meal a day so I look forward to that meal. I got a dry biscuit, rock- worthy and had a fishy taste. That in itself made me feel the food was NOT SAFE to eat. I also got a dry shriveled up wing and breast. And the fries tasted microwaved. All around DISGUSTING. What’s worse is I drove across town because I ordered at the wrong location. I’ll be boycotting Popeyes. And if you’re reading this, don’t waste your money. I wouldn’t trust any place whose biscuit tastes fishy.

You will wait 5 to 10 minutes to even get your order in and that’s waiting inside. If you go through the drive-through every time, you will be waiting 1015+ minutes in the parking lot. Almost always gets items wrong. So definitely check your bag.. honestly just avoid this location entirely.

Went back after they gave me old burnt chicken was told to wait 15 minutes for “fresh chicken” i waited drove home because they gave me “fresh chicken” right i mean i waited!! So i assumed it was fresh!! Turns out the second batch of chicken was older than the first batch. This chicken looks like it was dropped last year.

From the moment that I walked in, I was acknowledged and told when they were going to be able to assist me, this is the best customer service in all of Colorado that I have ever received at a Popeyes for a while. They had a bad reputation in my eyes and a lot of people’s eyes that I spoke to, but this particular store at 7:37 PM The crew the whole staff was amazing and it completely shocked me Anna Iris and Carla were the three that assisted me effortlessly the rest of the team had a smile on their face and good energy. I love the store now I’m going to be coming here every time I want Popeyes. might I add the place was also spotless no dirty tables in the lobby.

We went through late night drive through. Around 10pm. We ordered tenders. The tenders were so hard and the biscuits were so dry. Then my son put into a slimy tender that was filled with black stuff . Absolutely disgusted. Will not be eating at this location again.

The chicken tenders were inedible. It’s like the breading was old. It had a frozen and reheated taste. We didn’t eat any more than one piece. I ordered specifically a 3 pc and twice I had to correct the girl at the window who was insistent on getting me a 6 piece. Was not given a receipt but obviously charged extra and lo and behold received a 6 piece. Soda was filled to the brim with ice so three sips and I was already halfway empty. Will not come to this location again as it’s obvious from other reviews they are hurting financially and need to be creative on how to scam customers.

Popeye’s has really good fries and a really good chicken sandwich (dare I say as good as or slightly better than Chick-Fil-A’s chicken sandwich, but not as good as McDonald’s chicken sandwich in my opinion). They have good biscuits and apple pie. Had to wait a while to get part of my order eating inside but otherwise great experience here. Would definitely come back again!

I have eaten chicken at Popeyes in different countries and different cities many times. However, at this store, they sold me the worst chicken I have ever had. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. They sold me stale chicken that had been sitting on the shelf for at least 5 hours. The chicken was dried out, and they sold me wings with hardly any meat left on them.

This location likes to advertise one price and charge you a higher price. Whenever they increase the price on an item, they’ll leave the original price on the drive-thru menu for weeks, so you won’t notice the change until you check your receipt.
Edit: 2 months later, it’s Nov 8th and nothing has changed. They are still advertising a chicken sandwich for $4.99 and charging $5.49. They are willing to write pretty responses online but not make sure that anything actually changes.
