Date night with the hubby, cold food came out, asked for medium rare steak, come out well done. Noodles from hubbys chicken Parmesan came out cold as ice but had a great waiter very nice and compassionate!! Nathan R great job man!!

My 2nd time in there and the staff just don’t care. Was very excited to visit this location! They got our drinks and request for our appetizer then took beyond 15mins to come back to take our order… I politely asked an employee if they knew who our waiter is, she left and another young lady arrives I notice she’s irritated however I ignored it and then I began informing her of what me and my children would like and then she begins speaking rude smart remarks about the way I ordered. I immediately asked her what her issue was and she acted as if I insulted her which I only called her out on her character and poor customer service. I asked for manager at this point we were there about 30mins plus still no one took our order. Manger came apologized and sent a new waiter… . At this point my appetizers arrived however no utensils 5mins plus and still no new waiter. I waved a young lady down and she than mentioned she was our new waiter I causally asked if she can bring utensils. She than in a smart tone said “oh you don’t have utensils or napkins” And looked at our entire table up and down. She left and said she would be back again. A little more than five minutes past. I see her walking around the entire establishment, but never making the effort to bring utensils so that we may eat our food at this point the food was in front of us for about 10+ minutes food now cold I had to grab my family and walk out. Now I see why everyone in this town rather not enter this establishment, but I yet wanted to give it a try. I felt as if these employees really do try people’s patients just to see how they would react when I walked out. The young lady chased me outside and like a smart person casually asked, ma’am is there anything else we can get you? I at that point told her that they can have their cold food she said thank you have a nice day. The employee are very sorry! This was on 2/26/26 between 6pm and 7pm! These actions and testing people is not right!

I guess Applebee’s is one of my favorites and this one didn’t disappoint me.
TIMOTHY F. was our server and he was gracious and talkative. I asked him about the new ‘Old Fashion’ and he didn’t know personally but one young fellow had two pf them the other day. [Sold me! and it was good] Made us feel right at home, so the service was excellent. Food… well, my old stand-by, the Bourbon Street Steak, was very good as usual and every restaurant does a little different on the sides. It was perfect. My Wife had the Quesadilla Chicken Salad. She couldn’t eat it all but said it was ‘so good’.

I called in to place a order and I was told to hold on and no one came back to the line by the time I made it there. I am not trying to sound racist but I called back to get names and the manager Ash (what she said her name was) with the lite green shirt told me she couldn’t give out names. The white bartender maybe January S (what’s on receipt) was nice she came to help me even though the black bartender was at the bar. While I was waiting for my order I realized I was still on hold and I asked to speak with the manager I showed her how long I was on hold and no one ever came back to the line. She stated she had the phone all day and when she came back to the line and said hello no one said anything. I did not correct her because if you came back to the line and no one said hello seem as if you would have hung up. Well Ash came back with my food and was giving me a discount and I asked for a gift card she went to go find it. Then, the black bartender came up and was going to check me out I told her the manager was getting a gift card. I am going to assume the black bartender changed the amount to what the original price of what Ash had put in which was half of what my food cost once she added the gift card the price was higher. I did not correct her once again. Do better by your customers because what could have been a good review is now a bad one.

We sat outside on the patio as we had dogs. It was around 4pm on a Saturday. Our waitress was super sweet, it just seemed like she had way more tables than any of the other servers. If definitely took a lot of time it seemed to get our food, to wait on refills etc., but I would put it more on she had more tables than she could handle. We got the 2 for $25 deal with salad, which is a great deal. Food is decent and lots of options. I liked the chicken. The green beans weren’t my favorite. They turned on the outside fans for us when we asked.

Stopped in because we hadn’t had Applebees in a while and we’re craving it. Went to the restroom as we arrived and they were filthy, at 11:30 am, which means they most likely were not cleaned the night before. Should have left then but opted to give it a chance. Sat down and ordered. There were only two other tables in there and they already had their food. Ours finally came after 30 minutes or so. The wife ordered a grilled chicken salad but got fried and we had waited so long that she just said she would keep it. However, the chicken was fried so hard it was like croutons. She just pushed it to the side and ate her French onion soup which wasn’t too bad. Same for the chicken tenders my daughter ordered. Tenders were way over cooked and fries had so much seasoning she couldn’t eat them. My bourbon street steak tasted off, like old meat and I didn’t get my veggies. I ate about half of the steak Jair so I wouldn’t waste all my money or have to stop somewhere else. Entire restaurant is years overdue for facelift. Everything is old, dingy and sticky. Only time out waitress came was to bring food and then our check. Don’t make a scene, paid , left no tip and won’t be back. Looked at google reviews as we left and now fully understand why this location gets so many one and two star reviews. 20 minutes after leaving, two of the three of us are sick. Don’t waste your time.

The waitress we got… She’s sweet as heck, but holy crap she forgets things and is slow. Did you all have her in the back cooking too? Where does she keep going?
When we got seated there was another couple waiting because she never gave them their credit card back. After we were seated, we could see other parties just sitting there. One had their food all bagged up, just sitting there waiting. We had to ask for our check and a box 3 times. We finally got our check, no box. We had our card ready to go and she finally came back for it about 7 minutes later, again without a box. I get it, y’all are short staffed, but please train your servers better. I’m really hoping that she’s new. Holy

This place has seen better days. Musty smell, you can tell they have the carpet dryer/heaters on the side. Dingy bathrooms. Food is sub par. Nap skins for table are the 3-fold brown ones from some restaurant depot place, not standard Applebees ones. Staff tries to act busy when the place is clearly a thing of the last for the town. Convenient off main highway location. Only reason why getting 3 stars.

Literally leaving at 9:46, my husband and I arrived at 9pm. We ordered drinks and food. 45 minutes later, still hadnt received our drinks. Meanwhile, 2 guys with a different server was seated after us, got their drinks and appetizer before we called it quits.

We just came off an 8 hour car journey from Florida. We thought a good burger from Tifton, GA Applebees would hit the spot. ( We were wrong) We ordered the whiskey burger and mushroom Swiss burger. I ordered my beef paddy pink, my husbands was ordered well done. They arrived “switched”… mine was well done, his was pink. My burger was so over salted it was inedible. There was 3 micro-thin slices of a fresh mushroom.(?) The bun was slathered in a disgusting thick, brown sauce that reeked of a type Worcestershire sauce. The burger patty was also heavily peppered. My husbands fries were inedibly over salted but he ate his burger because we had nothing else in our hotel to eat. I ordered the artichoke spinach dip with tortilla chips and that was good. That was my dinner! I called the store and the sweet waiter offered me a gift card to compensate for my gross hamburger. I gladly accepted. For 1 mediocre burger and one inedible burger and a chip and dip with door dash, taxes and fees was over $56.00!!! Unbelievable…
