Me and my man hadn’t been to Applebee’s in years, but we were craving burgers and it was just down the block—so we figured, why not? And honestly… I was pleasantly surprised!
We went early evening and the place was pretty quiet, which made for a chill, relaxed vibe. It was super clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
Our food came out fast—like, impressively fast—and those burgers? Cooked just right, juicy, flavorful, and hit the spot perfectly. My man was all smiles, and that’s saying something. The fries were hot and crispy, and everything tasted fresh.
Service was great—our server was attentive without hovering, and made sure we had everything we needed.
It’s not a fancy spot, but it’s reliable, clean, and clearly still knows how to deliver a solid meal with good vibes. Definitely a nice little comeback visit. If you’re nearby and craving something comforting and quick, this Applebee’s is worth a stop! ️

Annie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm smile and positive energy. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks stayed full, our food was hot and fresh, and she checked on us at just the right times without being overbearing.
What really stood out was her attitude even when it got busy, Annie stayed calm, professional, and kind. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

Listen and help you if you’re food isn’t cooked to the correct temp (I asked for medium rare and got rare BUT they fixed right away) thank you so much for being so great. Very disappointing service. When we arrived, the host told us we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table even though there were several tables available. While we were waiting, we sat at the bar for a few minutes since there was no bartender there.
When the waitress finally noticed us, she brought us menus but didn’t offer us a table. Instead, she told us that because we had sat at the bar, she canceled our spot on the waitlist. We continued waiting, and after about 10 more minutes, new customers arrived and were seated before us even though we had been waiting longer.
The whole situation felt very disorganized and unfair. Unfortunately, it was such a bad experience that we decided to leave. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

Don’t know what kind of night my waitress was having things I asked for she instantly forgot down to a cup of water. She took my order off the top of head and must I say everything was messed up. Sides that I didn’t even order. The ribs were burnt only thing good was the perfect margarita. This was a horrible experience and yet I still give her an 11.00 tip.

Worst experience ever. Went for Happy Hour. we sat at a table at the bar, but no server ever came over. 2 people came in and sat at the bar, and they were greeted immediately. So we moved to the bar, and we were greeted by the bartender. I didn’t care for the Happy Hour wine, so I looked at the regular menu to see my options. There are no drink prices on the menu for alcohol, non-alcohol, and wine. I asked the bartender how much a few wines would be, and she replied oh I would have to ring them in one at a time. She gave me a couple of prices, I then asked if I could taste the Cabernet and was told I have to go ask the manager. She came and said no. I asked for the manager, which took over 20 minutes for him to appear. I asked why there were no drink prices for any drinks on the menu, and his reply was prices change, so we don’t list them. We ordered the Brew Pub Loaded Waffle Fries, and while they tasted good, they were not loaded. There were more plain fries on the plate, the fries covered in cheese, so I asked for cheese and was told oh I have to ring that up. Again, I had to ask for the manager. Our check came withh full price appetizer which should have been 50% off. The bar itself was extremely sticky. Fruit flies flying all over the place. Not sure how this place is still in business.

I go here with a few friends weekly because it’s open till midnight and there aren’t too many options late night but last night was a mess. I am not sure if the server was new or just didn’t care but here’s what happened: we waited 35 minutes just to order our drinks, she brought the wrong drinks (not once but twice) and spilled them all over the table, didn’t input one persons meal all together (and tried to cover herself with her notebook which clearly didn’t have the 4th meal written down), didn’t offer refills when we clearly needed them, and didn’t bother to follow up once the food was finally delivered. We arrived just after 10pm and were the last patrons in the restaurant while the other workers were cleaning and flipping chairs for end of the night departure. There wasn’t a manager in site to ask what was going on so we all just sat there twiddling our thumbs. The food was fine, nothing spectacular, but the service was below par. What should’ve been a 30 minute quick meal was over 2 hrs with no apparent reason as they weren’t busy at all.

This used to be one of my favorite go-to spots, but ever since they remodeled, the service sucks! The bartender is running around taking food orders. Today at 3pm there were only 2 servers, and the bartender was one of them!! Come on, you guys need to do better! Flyers are being sent to the Neighborhood inviting folks to come on and take a look at the new Applebee’s. Well I’m not impressed. Bring back the old Applebees, and all the people who used to work there!!
