We were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful flavors of this dish! The texture of the added onions and peppers were sliced very thin which gave it an incredibly bright~soft crunch that we couldn’t get enough of. The Aloo kulcha was so soft and really easy on our stomachs.
She brought a cute little sugar dish with the chai tea, so we could sweeten it to our liking. This chai was perfect. It has veey mild flavors and it’s easy to enjoy. The Owners are really nice and treated us like guests. This restaurant is very clean and bright.
The music was not too loud or overbearing. I would love to hear more meditative style music, instrumental sitar to really set the mood but what they were playing was nice.
The menu has an impressive amount of veggie options with paneer as well as a wide variety of meat options to satisfy everyone.
They were so thoughtful to give us a little cup of Mango Custard before we left.
I Love mango and I have never had anything like this in my life.
I have experienced Indian cuisine from many states across America for 28 years and this Tikka Masala sauce is in my favorite 2 of all of them.
We left here full, but not achingly overstuffed. The 3 bites of mango custard put us over
We will be back again to taste more of this amazing menu!
5 stars from us, Highly recommend!!
I’ve eaten at this place under different names (and I presume different owners). And luckily they’ve all had wonderful food.
We had several different items off the menu and all were yummy. This Indian place isn’t quite like the other Indian restaurants, it’s not a knock on them, it’s nice to have a variety of options.
Service was wonderful.
Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Note:
•They have a lot of options for vegetarians.
•You can easily avoid gluten as well, although if you’re sensitive probably best to be aware (they have naan).
•As with most traditional cuisines, they use dark meat and meat on a bone.
•Also, while the place is very handicap accessible. The paper towel holder would be difficult to access from a seated position. See the pictures.
it’s Christmas and I decided to treat myself to some Indian food. Didn’t want to wait for the Christmas dinner to get done, so I came to this restaurant.
Let me say the food was OK, besides them not understanding the spice level of a two. I eat Indian food all the time this was a four I can handle a four, but I was not in the mood for a four I ordered spice level two which everyone knows should’ve been a medium. Other than that I have to say the food was on par with decent Indian food. The problem I had was when I first sat down and the lady asked me if I wanted to order said no, please give me a minute and a minute turn into me playing a couple games of chess until another customer looked at me like is she gonna take your order. Then she came back, I felt unease in the atmosphere. It felt as if I was unwanted. It felt as if I was a problem, it wasn’t comfortable. I’ve been in many Indian restaurants and it has been comfortable, and inviting. Many Indian restaurants have been over polite extending warm and welcomed energy. This was just the opposite. I’d say, I can pay my money and get the same quality of product but better service from most Indian restaurants around.
Even got a free mango dessert.
Will definitely go back.
