We specifically went to this particular iHop for the first time since we were interested in the $6 meals that the corporation itself keeps advertising (yep…”gotcha!”). However, apparently at this particular store it is $7 meals and not only that but it’s during weekdays only. So, we had the decision to go next door to Sonny’s or ride it out and order from the regular menu. Order we did. The food was great, though not $36 great for two people for a burger and a breakfast (not counting the tip). Save some money and cook the same stuff at home for a fraction of the price.

The waitress I had was great, but once I requested that the potatoes were cold and didn’t look pleasant. The potatoes looked as if they squeezed them out of a plastic tube. The manager said he could do anything about it. Not one time did the manager come to the table and address the complaint. He sent the waitress to handle his dirty work instead of being held accountable for the poor food service provided. Their lunch/ dinner menu needs updated they have pictures of items on the menu that they no longer serve. They also have a limited side menu, my opinion if you’re going to have a limited side menu at least make sure it presented professionally. BREAKFAST ONLY NOTHING ELSE

Valentine’s Day evening, I was looking for a place that looked like I could get into for dinner. IHOP was a welcome sight I had not thought of.
It was like a welcome home after being gone for a long time. IHOP had never been fancy but is comfortable. The food is the same. Good, solid comfort foods.

We had a large group come in and luna was our server. She was absolutely precious! She was patient kind and got the order out correct and I’m a great time. The food was good and even had accommodation done for gluten sensitive tummies in the group. She had the best service personality and did a magnificent job! Well definitely stop back by next trip to the area.

Visiting from DC I was pleasantly surprised with yhe hospitality shown from everyone who interacted with me. From staff to patrons. Our server was so polite and attentive, but NOT pushy. The food came to the table hot and and fast. I had the cold brew vanilla coffee and it was sooooooo good (I don’t like cold coffee). Really good restaurant and the wait wasn’t long either. Actually about 10 minutes less than theu predicted.

The greeter was unwelcoming. We didn’t even know he was standing there. I never heard him speak. He motioned for us to follow him. He simply threw the menus on the table and scurried away. The waitress was very soft spoken. We had to strain to hear her. We asked for a moment and she stayed gone so long, a lady who sat down after us had already received her meal and started eating. If we weren’t trying to pass the time, we would have left. She was very inattentive to us and I observed her several times standing along the wall talking to others and watching her phone. My order was wrong and my daughter’s order was incomplete. We ordered a spicy poblano omelette, which was not spicy at all. I was told that the peppers are not always spicy because they may be out of season. UGH! He didn’t offer to remove the charge for peppers. I declined because I didn’t ask for extra peppers. After being disappointed with my omelette, I turned my attention to my pancakes expecting redemption. Not the case. After taking a couple of bites, I didn’t even finish them. When she brought the bill, I just handed her my card because I was ready to go after such a bad experience. After she brought back the card, I realized the cost was more than it should have been. I waited on her to return with my itemized receipt but we never saw her again. I felt like I threw money away because my daughter nor I completed or enjoyed our meal. It had been a long time since I ate at IHOP. It will be even longer before I return to this location.

Showed up on a sunday at 3pm when it was not busy. Got seated right next to the hostess stand and then was ignored for 10 min. Nobody would even take our drink order even though they were walking right by us, blatantly ignoring us. We ended up just leaving.

Food was great. Service was good. Server tried her best to handle our order with little kids who were arguing with each other. I would eat here again.
